Ivan woke up with a jump almost waking not in control this morning but fortunately he woke up in time to build the wall back up. Who was trying to get out? The most dangerous one of course, Ivan was used to him trying to be in control when Ivan was unsuspecting. And here Ivan guessed it would be safer they'd be able to control him, probably. Ivan didn't really want not to be in control anyways unlike his other personalities he didn't have a place he went when he wasn't in control. He could see and feel everything happening but if anything bad was happening he didn't have the power to stop it.
Ivan sat up from his bed, said Good-morning to himself and his nicer personalities. From Ivan's point of view they were all real and had feelings, it would be rude not to say goodmoring. There was a few replies of good morning and wakey bakey a fewer go fuck your self and I hate this. Ivan shrugged it was pretty normal for some to be rowdy and have a cranky morning. Ivan was unsure if he was aloud to get up when he wanted or if he had to wait for permission.
After a few moments of contemplation Ivan swung his legs over the side of the bed with a sigh. Cracking his back and yawning. He got onto his feet and looked out of his barred window. Actually it was quite grimy and hard to see out of he leaned closer and put his hand up against the glass to see better. He couldn't see much just some off grayish green grass and another building in the corner of the court yard. Ivan decided it was where they put the extra dangerous patients and that he wanted to stay as far as possible from the building. Just as he finished that thought he heard a light knock on his door, jumping slightly.
Alfred cracked open the door and peered his eyes through, seeing Ivan in a fighting stance that quickly softened and looked apologetic. Alfred giggled and opened the door the rest of the way.
"I guess I know it's not good to sneak up on you now huh?" He walked in holding two paper cups one with Ivan's daily pills and another filled with water. Alfred gestured that they were for Ivan and he nodded taking the cups and tossing them back, first the one that contained the pills then the water. After swallowing the medicine Ivan turned to the nurse in his room, he guessed Alfred was a nurse.
"Um how do I get breakfast?" Ivan asked feeling a bit dumb, but he kinda needed to know. Alfred looked up from Ivan's chart looking slightly startled, probably just only finding the extent of what happened when Ivan lost control.
"Uhhhhhh in the cafeteria why don't you follow me?" He immediately gained his composure again the bright smile returning to his face. And waiting for Ivan to walk up to him. After a few moments he did Alfred didn't let Ivan get too close but enough. Just enough to follow him. Ivan took the hint staying a couple paces behind.
A few moments later they arrived at the cafeteria. It was almost as bleak as the rest of the building, a few nutrition charts scattered along the walls of grey brick and highly abrasive lights that had that ugly yellow tint. Giving the walls a more greenish tint. Ivan sighed looking at his new life scanning the area for anyone that was a special kind of dangerous. He didn't find any right away but looks can be deceiving, no one thought of him that way sure he was a big guy but for the most part he looked innocent.
Scratch, scratch.
Ivan became panicked, someone wanted out someone dangerous. The someone who fucking landed him this place to start with. Ivan pulled on the hem of his shirt trying to distract himself until it went away and hopefully it would. Alfred was saying something what was it? Everything just sounded like white noise. Ivan couldn't read his lips since English wasn't his native language just nodded hoping it wasn't a question or something that requires explanation. Alfred seemed satisfied with the answer, continuing the unnecessarily long tour of the bland building.
Scratch, scratch.
The noise was coming closer, or at least it seemed that way. All Ivan knew for sure was that this was becoming more dangerous, at least for the people around him. He needed to get out of there but he wasn't sure what to say he thought he could control it when it first started but he almost always thinks that. He thought that last time and he didn't want it to turn out like that. He would be moved to a higher security building and this one was kinda sucky already. Ivan grit his teeth and tried not to think about it he followed Alfred to the cafeteria line that reminded him of a high schools but the food looked worse if that's even possible. Some blonde with giant eyebrows was cooking in the background, it didn't actually look like he knew what he was doing.
Ivan frowned at the food he was handed but didn't say anything due to his manners and he had enough problems going on he didn't want this guy bickering at him. On top of all of the rest of this. Ivan turned walking away from the food line, tray in tow. Just as Ivan went to take the steps forwards a person seemly out of no where stood before him.
"Hello!" The cheery face in front of Ivan said extending his hand, his long out of place hair bouncing. Waiting for Ivan to put his hand in the others, when he never did he slowly pulled his hand back.
"Yes hello." Ivan said looking very preoccupied, he was, trying to keep the others down took near every second of his concentration.
The new person tilted their head "Are you okay?" He looked the taller man up and down taking in whatever he was trying to assess.
"Not really I need to be alone sorry." Ivan said ducking out of the conversation with very little grace, he wasn't trying to be rude. He'd apologize later but know he would sit alone at a table until he finished this and then go back to his room.
Ivan scanned the building looking for a empty table. Settling for a near empty one he sat at the far end away from the albino who didn't look like he wanted company anyways. Setting the tray down with a huff.
The noise wasn't a scratch anymore, it was more like loud thuds followed by laughter. Shivers went up Ivan's spine causing him to shake. Fortunately it didn't look like anyone caught it or if they did they just figured he was cold.
Ivan picked up his fork slowly eating the, whatever this is he couldn't tell if was from a foreign place or if the cook was really just that bad. Chewing the food harder than necessary trying to force the personality back but it was too late. With a final thud Ivan was gone at the same time his fork fell causing a loud clang noise.
"Hello friends." The words came out of Ivan's mouth but were not said by him.
