you:"what do you want? who are you?" i demanded.
cipher:"i want to talk to you" she said with a smile.
you:"listen lady, i don't really care who you are so i'm leaving"
cipher:"not quite yet, no bags so you're not shopping"
you:"no,not like you. what brings you here?"
cipher:"work"
you:"must be payday" i said, starting to get frustrated.
cipher:"how's the team? your brian's sister right?"
you:"u stay the hell away from my family" i growled.
cipher:"i'm not interested in them"
you:"i don't know what kind of game you're playing here.."
cipher:"oh,this is very different game, that i can assure you. this? there is something much greater at work here..this is fate" she stated.
you:"i choose my own fate lady" i smiled.
cipher:"not today you don't. i've been working very hard to find the right moment to speak to you. a moment where you would have your guard down and i finally found it. right after your trip to the hospital. there having fun getting revenge aren't they?"
you:"now that i'm here, what do you want?" i asked.
cipher:"i want you to work for me"
you:"haha,i could've saved you a lot of time. i don't work for anyone but myself. sorry, you wasted your time"
cipher:"you can't walk away from this y/n, we're gonna have this conversation one way or the other. see, that's the funny thing about fate...it's cunning. it can bring you beautiful things and it can also bring you moments like this..."
she held out a phone and i grabbed it because i'm obviously not getting out of here without indulging her. i really want this to be over. there was a video of brian and dom, they was just sitting on the hoods of their cars laughing with their beers.
you:"what the hell is this?"
cipher:"that is only part one, there's also this" she said, pulling up another video.
you:"mia? letty? what the...oh my god..."
cipher:"if you work for me, you can keep your brother, boyfriend, and your two best-friends save and out of harms way, all for the love of your family" she muttered.
you:"you b*tch"
cipher:"so you're gonna work for me. you're gonna betray your brother, abandon your code, shatter your family. you see...your team is about to go up against the only thing they cannot handle" she smiled.
you:"what's that?" i asked, raising my brow.
cipher:"you. oh, and y/n, i wouldn't mention this to anyone. i have your number, i'll be in touch" she said before walking away.
As soon as she was out of sight i let out a deep breath. who the hell is this lady? why the hell does she want me? when i was settled again, i went back to my family at home with a smile on my face. i have to take care of my family...i have to protect them and do whatever's necessary. i'm going against my family. god help me.
dom:"hey babe, i was just about to go looking for you" dom said when i walked into the house.
you:"sorry, i got caught up on the phone with a childhood friend"
dom:"no problem,the teams in the kitchen i was just about to ring hobbs because we got a job, you in?" he asked.
you:"of course i'm in, i'll be in the kitchen" i smiled, getting up on my toes to kiss him.
you:"hey guys" i said as i walked into the kitchen.
roman:"hey y/n, guessing dom told you?"
you:"ye, who's this hobbs guy?"
letty:"his name is luke hobbs, he's a cop and apparently he's got a job for us"
you:"i thought we didn't do cops"
brian:"we don't but hobbs has saved our life multiple times" then the door opens as dom walks in.
dom:"ok the job is in berlin, so let's get packing"
In the bedroom:
you:"dom, babe, how dangerous is this?" i asked.
dom:"very, i'll protect you" he said and i had to fight the urge to cry.
you:"i'll protect you and we'll keep our family safe" i said, willing to be so.
dom:"yes ma'am, we'll come home with our family before you know it" he said, nuzzling my neck.
you:"really? you think so?"
dom:"yeah"
you:"i love you"
dom:"i love you too" he smiled, wrapping his arms around me to pull me onto his lap.
