Nobody knows what it holds
Nobody knows what it means and what it will bring
Happiness, wealth, love, misery
Nobody can really predict it, fortune or misfortune
But some try with tarot cards, tea leaves and crystal balls
Claiming to be all-knowing, all-seeing
Straining their brains in an attempt to create a clear path to unlock a portal which allows them
to penetrate into somebody's soul
failing to understand that time moves and travels in loops and layers, strings and swirls
You cannot bend time
You cannot change time
You cannot erase time
I like to think of time as a diamond: precious, unbreakable and yes definitely a girl's best friend
Past and future are polar opposites, black and white, sun and moon, yin and yang
But like the sun and the moon, past and future depend on each other greatly and you can't
have picture one without the other
At times you need to let go of your past to grow and progress but sometimes you need it to help
you learn to move on, understand where you went wrong and make sure you don't repeat it
Think of your past as a hot-air balloon
Let go of your regrets, stress and pain and you will flourish and learn to take off
The past in comparison with the future is a curse because you cannot change it
Ever
But you are in control of your future, You can plan it out and decide what you want to do with it
