Chapter 11

"Chaeng, they are not your family,"

"I know, But still. I love you and thank you for making Jisoo happy,"

"But we can't, so please we need to accept the fact that they are not the people we loved before," Lisa sighed.

"Just this week, promise, we'll go back to normal mindset after this," Lisa nodded.

It's been one week since the vacation on town house. Everything went back to normal.

Jennie is not coming to the restaurant anymore as she's busy with her upcoming wedding in two weeks. But since then she is having weird dreams.

A woman is cupping someone's face as she coughs blood, "Don't cry my Rose. I will find you in my next life and will do my best to remember you,"

Jennie woke up as she's catching breath while tears are flowing from her eyes. "My Rose? like a flower?"

 While Lisa is locking herself inside her room.

"I finally agreed to make my book into life, Hanbin has been contacting me to make my book as a movie and I already signed the contract but Sulgie will do the rest because we'll be leaving soon," Rosie said.

"Jisoo left Suho," Lisa coldly said.

"I--" Rosie is shocked that Jisoo followed her advice.

"What now? She left suho! I'm so fucking stupid, she chose me, Chaeng! How will I tell her that I can't choose her?" Lisa sobbed, "Chaeng, I don't want to do this anymore. I don't want her to get hurt,"

"Then make her understand, Lisa. Make a way for her not to feel bad when we will leave,"

"Chaeng, it's one way or another. I want to be with her,"

"I want to be with Jennie too, but they deserve to see the world Lisa! you always tell me stop being selfish, now your telling me this. It's hard for me too! How I wish we can stay longer"

Lisa walked out, "Where are you going?!"

"I will meet Jisoo! she needs me. Divorce is not easy for her!" Lisa didn't care as she hop in her car but her best friend entered the car. This is how Lisa act when it comes to her ex before, and it really causes Lisa to act recklessly and impulsively.

"Are you kidding me?!" Rosie groaned, worrying about what can happen. They finally arrived at Kim's mansion, and Jennie and Jisoo widened their eyes when they saw us coming out of the car.

"What are you doing here?" Jisoo madly said, Rosie looked at Lisa who's now figgeting.

"I told you that this is not a good Idea," Rosie shookt her head.

"Why?" Lisa look at Rosie like is she about to cry, like how she look whenever she feels sad remembering her past lover. Is she wrong? Did Jisoo did not chose her too? Is the divorce a joke thing?

"Oh, Princess you have visitors," a man said that made Rosie froze in her place, she faced the man blankly.

"Hi, I'm Mr. Charles Kim, Jisoo and Jennie's Dad and You are?" the man said as he offers his hand, she slowly raised her hands to meet his.

I'm Kim Chaeyoung.

"I'm Roseanne Park," She lighty said, as memories brings back to her.

"We are a team right?" her dad said after they finished the puzzle that three years old Chaeyoung has been doing.

 "Yes, Dad. You are the best," she hugged him and showering him kisses as his Dad can only just giggle with the cuteness of her daughter.

 "I have something to tell you, honey. Are you going to be mad at me when I tell you that I'm getting married?" he said, she felt sad a little bit because his Dad's attention will be shifted to others.

 "Do you love her?" she asked,

 "With all my heart,Chaeng,"

 "Will she love me as you love me?" Chaeyoung worriedly asked.

 "She will, And you will have a baby sister because she's pregnant, you like siblings right?" he excitedly said that made Chaeyoung smile. If this is what makes his dad happy and then it will also make her happy.

 "I couldn't ask for more Dad, that's the best birthday girl ever, I hope she makes you happy,"

 "Believe me, She does," he smiled.

"Tell me that I will always be your favorite," Chaeyoung pouted that made him laugh.

"Of course honey, you will always have the number one spot in my heart," He said.

Rosie didn't feel the tears coming out of her eyes. It's been a long time she cried. She is just zoning out until she felt someone tapped her.

"Are you okay?" Mr. Kim asked as Rosie wipped her tears.

"Yeah, I just missed my Dad," he sadly smiled at the chef.

"Where's your Dad?" he said, but immediately stopped by Jennie with her glaring eyes, "Oh, you don't have to answer if you're uncomfortable. anyway, I'm inviting you to have some breakfast with us," he smiled as the name Roseanne Park ring the bell in his memory, she is the author of the book they wanted to get signed.

All of them went to the dining are silently until Mr. Kim broke it, "What brings you here, Ms. Park?"

"We are visiting our new friends, we met them two weeks ago,"

"So, You finally made friends Jisoo, Jennie," he fakely said. " You grew up so fast kids, I miss when you are just kids, I wish I have more time to spend with you," Jennie and Jisoo rolled their eyes because their Dad is always busy and mostly doesn't have time for them while Lisa is staring at Jisoo as Roseanne is spacing out again.

"Dad, I did a job well done taking care of Sooya. But you are not coming home anymore, I miss you Dad, I miss our Dadchaeng time," 

 "I'm sorry, honey. Our company is growing and I need to save a lot more money for your education, especially since your Mom is pregnant with our third baby girl," 

 "What? Mom just got Sooya? how did that happen?" 

 "You will know soon. You are a good sister, I trust you with them," 

 "Dad I'm only Three years old," 

 "I know, honey. And you are so smart for three years old. Please take care of your siblings. I love you too," her dad said. Chaeyoung is the one who's looking for her sisters because their Mom is a little bit selfish and only cares about reputation and money.

"Roseanne?" Mr. Kim said, "You love to spaceout, are you,"

Rosie slowly looked at him, and shyly smiled, "It happens a lot sir,"

"So, I'm well aware that you P.C.Y, I'm curious, who is your inspiration in the book?" he said, she felt her body breaking down, she stood up and said, "I'm sorry to bother, but I need to go. Nice meeting you again,Mr. Kim." she walked out and immediately follow by Lisa.

"Wait," Jennie gripped her wrist before the chef enters the car. "What's wrong? I never saw you like this?"

"Because you don't know me, Jennie! you just met me two weeks ago!"

"Please tell me, Rosie,"

"I like you. I like you so much, Jennie. And I don't know if I can watch you marrying someone else, but what can I do? you love him and whatever happens, you will end up with him," Rosie burst, 'I got lucky not watching Rj marrying that guy but it kills me because I regret preventing it with my selfishness,'

Rosie stopped and smile, "I'm sorry for my sudden outburst, this is just a lot for me. Never mind what I said," Jennie is just stuck in her place slowly ungripping Rosie's wrist.

"As I told you, I can never have what I always wanted," she sadly smiles and closed the door.
