"Here we have the EVP Recorder and the knife over on that counter, and here and now we are going to start asking some questions," Zak said before looking at the EVP recorder before asking the recorder some things, "Is anybody here?..." He paused before continuing with the talking. "Why is this place so sad and rundown?..." He paused once more before ending the recording and played it.

"Is anybody here?...." No response. "Why is this place so sad and rundown?....sad?..." The voice was faint but they heard it. The two males looked at each other before playing and listening to it again. They celebrated for a short while before Zak made a second recording.
"Who said sad?..." Zak waited a moment before continuing the question "Are you sad?..." Zak asked and paused before ending the recording and playing it again.
"Who said sad?...me..." The two grin at each other in satisfaction that they had a response and listened for the second question. "Are you sad?..." No response but they were happy with what they had. The two nod at each other before Billy took the EVP and asked it something.
"Are you [y/n] Clorindine?..." Billy asked before pausing and then asked something else "Are you one of the slaves people claim to see?..." Billy went silent before ending the recording and looking at Zak before playing the recording.
"Are you [y/n] Clorindine?...yes..." The two let out a slight chuckle and listened to the second question, "Or are you one of the slaves people claim to see?...Slaves?..." The two freak out and once again celebrated.
"That was a Class A EVP, That is pure evidence of the paranormal," Zak said with a sly smirk that said 'that's why I like this place'.
" Those responses came real quick," Billy pointed out and looked at the EVP With surprised eyes.

"Yeah! Let's do one more," Zak said with an excited grin.
Billy nods before saying, " Are you the one who talked to me through the Spirit box?..." He stopped and ended the recording before reviewing it.
"Are you the one who talked to me through the spirit box?...He's here..." The boys felt a cold chill run down their spine before they even noticed their breath in the air.
"What the... It's so cold here.." Zak said as he rubbed his shoulders and looked around before noticing the knife missing, "Billy look, the knife is gone," Zak pointed at the counter that once had the knife laying on it.

Billy's eyes widened as he saw it gone, he looked at Zak who was already leaving to go and search for the knife. Billy ran after him and looked for the knife with him before Zak had already found it. They stare at it as it was hidden under the old couch.

But not only did they pull the knife out from beneath the couch, they found a pair of diamond earrings and a gold ring, jewelry was not all they found. They found gold coins and even a ruby. They were so confused how this all got under the gross couch, yet they only had believed it could be the spirits.

The two boys pushed the jewels and gold under the couch, they took their knife and as they stood up they heard a creaking from above them. The two look up and then at the stairs. They knew that they could not get up the stairs without falling in or hurting themselves. So they started to make theories on what it could have been, Billy saying it could be a raccoon or a rat while Zak was wondering if it was a spirit. But they both knew that the creak from above would stay unsolved. The two walked around before walking up to a bathroom, they didn't stay long because of the fact that the tub was full of trash and rust with more dead bugs and a few dead rats, the toilet was disgusting, rusty and falling apart slowly as the water was a dark brown and had chunks in it. The sink was almost as bad as the toilet, rusty and falling apart, the mirror above was shattered and hanging side wards as the wallpaper was almost completely gone. The two escaped the bathroom and out of nowhere, Zak was thrown into an almost drunken state. He was slightly aggressive as he leaned on the falling wallpaper and groaned. Billy was trying to make sure that Zak was okay but all he got in response were slurs and mumbling until, Zak just lashed out at Billy and started yelling. Zak just felt sick and dizzy, everything was a blur to him and he just felt this rage that didn't belong to him. All he knew was that whatever was happening wasn't him and he couldn't do a thing about it. He would just yell at Billy about things until his grip on the knife tightened and he raised his arm up about to attack before he blacked out randomly and fell onto the floor. Leaving Billy in his paralyzed state of fear and shock calling back up and to cut the investigation short. Billy only prayed that Zak would be okay and would not wish to return to this literal hell hole.
