Wishing, Waiting, Hoping

Chapter 11

Both danny and I sat at the table in silence it was nice, really nice I just let everything sink in about what's happened over the past 24 hours or so.

We both sat there but where soon interrupted by a buzzing sound and mumbling coming from the mic at the door, danny got up and pressed the buzzer and opened the front door and walked back into the kitchen I looked up at him feeling worried over what was about to happen, he smiled and mouthed "it will be all right" then came busting through the door was Ellie and Dougie laughing about something,

I stood up and brought my plate over to the sink and started to wash up but stood there with my hands in the sink while day dreaming about what if everything was different while danny talked to them. "Heya lis u alright" I was soon interrupted once again as Ellie made her way over to me "yea I'm grand are you" I said putting a fake smile on my face letting out a sigh.

She nodded her head while I dried my hands in the towel to my left, I grabbed my bag and walked over to danny, doug and Elle, dougie looked at me and gave a me a small smile I smiled back and looked down not wanting to make eye contact, danny noticed the awkwardness and spoke while rubbing his hands together "right to girls better get going to avoid the traffic" I gave Danny a smile and mouthed "thank you" while Ellie gave Dougie a kiss and handed her the keys to the car we both walked out the door after saying good bye to both boys.

//Ellie's POV//
As we left the house and got into the car I thought to myself 'should I tell her that I know about the past or should I leave it I don't know Doug said to say something if I feel comfortable with the situation but maybe she doesn't want anyone to know" I then whispered to myself "I don't know" she looked at me and said "you don't know what Elle? You can tell me" I looked at her and I know that she has a right to no but how do u bring it up on conversation dougie said that Danny was speaking to her about it but maybe he hasn't gotten round to it yet I don't know, by this stage we where just pulling up outside the café that we had agreed to eat at and it's where Dougie and I went for our first date I might tell her that and then bring it up I soon snapped out of my day dream while we where sitting down after the waiter had come and taken our orders when she started to speak "Ellie I need to speak to you about something, please don't freak out and please don't cut me off" I looked at her and held out my Hand for her to put hers in "wat is it love" she took a deep breath and looked down "I dougie's sister"

How do I react to this I should just tell her the truth shouldn't I just come out straight and tell her that I no I licked my lips and said "please don't be mad at me but I know, I was going to tell u that I knew Dougie told me last night after u texted me are you mad dougie just thought that it would be better coming from him then u as were going out for the past 2 and a half years and he's never says anything bit now he has and he's told me everything, please I hope ur not upset" I Said looking up at her, she looked back up at me and smiled and said "everything?!?" I nodded and said "everything" she let out a massive sigh and said "it's nice to know that I don't have to kept secrets anymore I bottled everything up and I didn't feel like me anymore... so tell me how did U meet doug tell me everything?" I just smiled and began to tell her the story.
