Alya And Nino.

Marinette stood in front of pale grey door (of an apartment building) decorated with small plants and fairy lights, Clearly decorated by the brunette girl who lived inside. It was 8PM when Marinette arrived at Alya and Nino's apartment and ha dinky been an hour since the phone call. She knocked twice before pressing the bell to only be greeted by a half asleep alya.
"Girl great to see you but is now a good time?" Alya said with the door still open.

"I think I just spoke to Adrien." The blue eye girl bluntly said as Alya pulled her inside.
"Oh.my.God you did not!! Girl I need the deets right now" she said as she sat back on the couch.

Marinette looked around for Nino who was sitting at his desk facing away, clearly not paying attention.
"Okay well..." she sat on the couch next to her friend whilst she spoke "So I got a call in the office, Gabriel Apparel.  Some guy on the line asking to collab and talking about paying for flights and stuff" Alya went to but in but marinette stopped her before she could. "Details on that in a sec. So yada yada call goes on and the guy is like 'is your name marinette dupain Cheng' I go yeah and he hangs up! Tell me that is not Adrien" Nino happened to spin around as the name was mentioned causing him to choke on his coffee, which was left un-noticed by his girlfriend.

"The Audacity of that man. I swear next time you hear from him I will-" Alya started filled with rage.
"Alya calm down this is Adrien your talking about" The dude from the other end of the room called. "Hey marinette" he added as he went to make another coffee.

"Hey Nino. Will you and Alya come to New York on me in July?" Marinette asked "I only have one more free flight but I can pay for one more. Gabriel is offering us a ton of money for the stay and I don't want to go alone"

Alya, who had zoned out in her own frustration caught on to what marinetted had said. "Of course I'm fucking going that boy is getting a piece of my mind"

"If he doesn't flee the country again" Nino added making both the girls giggle.

"He had his reasons Nino" marinette sarcastically responded

"Ohh and he told you that did he?" Nino said with a smirk "Of course we will come New York marinette this apartment is getting to cramped anyway"

"Thank you guys I appreciate it, and who knows maybe I'll accidentally run into blondie whilst I'm there"

"You mean fall into him?" Alya played causing marinette to pout.

"Not funny"  the blue eyed girl retorted as she playfully punched the other girls arm.

All 3 of the friends all ended up staying most of the night together, joking about the missing 4th.

Joking to hide the pain that their disappearance really caused.
