The blonde haired boy lay on his freshly made bed, a slight smell of cheese flooding the room. Nothing a bit of air freshener wouldn't fix. He lived in the penthouse of a 10 story building with his father, although Felix and his aunt came to visit monthly. They lived on the entire top floor, it was step down from the mansion they had once lived in but an upgrade to they're father-son relationship, he also had his freedom and wasn't controlled by Natalie. Then again, Natalie was still missing in Paris, Ladybug would've fixed that already though. Speaking of ladybug, the blonde haired boy sat and thought about his friends and the life he left behind when he took his father away. When he took hawkmoth away.

"You can't just leave with no explanation! I love you please stay I'm sorry!" a repeated echo From a girl in his mind, A girl who he had once grew to love- Maybe he still did. What would it be like now if he had stayed? Would they be together? Would it have worked? God how we wished to know.

"Kid. She's leaving paris tomorrow and you haven't once tried to talk about it" the small black kwami said as it flew to the bed, still holding it's cheese.
Adrien Graham de vanily (The former name of his mother) turned to stare at plagg, noticing the date on his Calendar on the wall, June 29th.

"What am I supposed to say plagg? The girl and probably the other people I left with no explanation or apology or anything are coming HERE tomorrow. They are obviously gonna have questions which I can never answer!" Adrien exclaimed full of frustration "And I have no idea what I'm gonna do with Mari, I'm gonna have to work with her and I know how mad she's gonna be. I've seen her mad at Lila and Chloe Before and it is not something I want to experience"

"Yeah didn't she get Lila expelled eventually?" Plagg commented, not helping adriens conscience. "I mean, sorry. Kid this is Marinette we are talking about, it may take her time but she gonna forgive you swear."

Adrien stayed silent and stared at the skylight in his apartment. 19 hours until Marinette and whoever she chose to bring, most likely Alya (which meant Nino would tag along) all board the plane.

"I bet Marinette is way more paranoid than you, you remember how bad her anxiety gets just focus on trying to help her settle, think about forgiveness when she's not jet lagged." Plagg said breaking the silence. He had a point, they would all need time to settle before any sort of explanation from him.

Adrien, got up from his bed and went to speak to his father, a loving and caring man who grieved his wife in the cold bitter personality he once had. Adrien knew how to start making amends, even if it would break him in the process.

' I can't deal with this anymore' the green eyed boy muttered under his breath, wanting to be heard.
