"So, did Raven get a good look at them?" A very serious voice asked.
"No, she only stopped the arrow. But once she saw that it was Ollie's she brought it back." Jason said. Currently he was on the Watchtower, talking to the retired heroes of the past.
"This is quite serious. If someone has Ollie's arrows, who knows what other weapons they have. Even more dangerous if they can use them, you say Raven was how far away from the beach?" Dinah asked.
"At least 300 feet. But why don't you have them in the first place?" Bruce asked.
"I gave them to our daughter when she moved to Japan." Ollie said. Dinah stood up and walked away from the meeting.
"Ollie, you know how she feels about that topic." Lois said. Not a hero but she's a big help with the Justice League's tech support.
"I know but the question was asked. I gave them to Sarah when she moved to Japan to become a local hero. Once she passed I guess they weren't sent back." Ollie said.
"But that leaves the question, who has them now?" Jason asked.
"Let us handle the investigating. You worry about training the new Titans." Bruce said. Jason nodded and walked away to the teleporter, but then he remembered something important.
"Oh yeah, Fantasy tried to run away yesterday. The person shooting arrows was trying to help her escape." Jason said.
"So you're saying Fantasy knows the shooter. Question her about this, it may be helpful." Clark said.
"Will do Supes. Now, today's gonna be a wild one, they're gonna compete for leader." Jason said.
"We'll make sure to drop by." Bruce said. "This is where the recruits will show their true selves."
"You and your seriousness." Diana said, kissing him on the cheek. The rest laughed and went about their business while Jason teleported to Titan's Tower.
"Go check on Dinah, Ollie. I'm sure you know where to find her." Lois said. Ollie nodded and began to jog after his wife.
Titan's Tower
"It's Leader deciding day!" Kira said, jumping out of bed. She quickly put on a typical training outfit; some sweat pants, gym shirt and sneakers. Then she ran out her room and into the kitchen, where Midas was eating cereal.
"You excited? Today we compete for the title of leader." Kira asked.
"Meh, I'm not competing." Midas shrugged.
"Why not!" Kira asked.
"Bossing people around isn't my thing." Midas said.
"Being leader is more than just bossing your team around. It a about being encouraging and being the first to charge and the last to retreat!" Kira said
"It's also about encouraging the team and making tough decisions." Cory said walking in, wearing a similar outfit to Kira. Julie followed close behind, still her her pajamas and already on her phone.
"I take it you aren't trying out for leader either?" Kira asked.
"Nope, figured it'd be weird, having the new girl show up and give out orders." Julie said.
"If you won." Cory included.
"I would also have to win too, and I'm not that competitive." Julie said.
"Too bad! This is mandatory." Rose said walking in.
"Why are you even here?" Julie asked as Rose began to mess with her hair.
