꧁Lucy's POV꧂
"Ok, I've made my mind up on what to do with you guys," Igneel said as he now looked at us seriously.

"I'll explain everything that I know of to you Lucy, since you deserve to know," Igneel started off shifting his gaze to me now.

"She should know about it in the first place," I heard Natsu mumble.

Igneel have a little glare towards Natsu before continuing.

"After I explain everything I have a deal that we can make," Igneel said cautiously.

"Deal?" I asked slightly getting a bad feeling from it.

"If it involves Lucy getting hurt I won't let you!" Wendy shouted looking at him with an angry look. To be honest it looked adorable.

Don't get me wrong I know I sound carefree right now, but it's a way to distract myself. I'm having the feeling of breaking down. One because knowing that my mom could possibly avoided death. Two my boyfriend's dad wants to sacrifice to who god knows what. Three I can't work under all this stress and pressure, yet here I am.

"I'm actually doing the opposite," Igneel mumbled trying not to look amused by his daughter's authoritative voice.

"I'd like to here the explanation first," I said trying to cover up my shaky voice. Too bad a certain someone noticed my uneasiness.

I felt Natsu's presence behind me and started massaging my shoulders to relax. I eventually did relax into his hands while the worked the knots that I didn't know were forming.

"Of course, this is going to be awhile so get comfortable," Igneel said as he watched what Natsu was doing behind me.

"Just start explaining old man," Natsu mumbled as I saw him grab a chair near the door and positioned it behind me. He sat down on it and wrapped his arms around my neck while snuggling his face in the crook of my neck.

"Ok, to get it out of the way, I'm sorry for leaving your family behind like that. I didn't know that the outcome would be this way. I thought having you away from my family would help benefit the safety of them not getting into any danger. So when I saw you with Natsu when carrying your friends I will say I got a bit angry," Igneel chuckled as I heard a low growl from Natsu.

"Anyways, back then when me and your father first met we became friends that soon turned into best friends. It was before you and Natsu were born. I knew what your father did for a living and how he met your mother," Igneel continued as I flinched a little when he mentioned my mom.

"When meeting your father, he was a very dangerous man back then. He was leader of a mafia gang that he had that took care of illegal businesses. You would think that when I mention the word mafia it would mean bad things. But your father's mafia was a different kind. They assassinated bad people who do harm to good people. Even though, it's a terrible way to punish them they did it anyways. I eventually joined your father's mafia with him. And yes I did assassinate some people here and there when needed," Igneel said watching his two children's face turn into shock.

"That was when me and your father met your guys mothers. Our mission was to assassinate a man who turned woman into sex slaves and sold them to random people. Of course at that time the man had two woman on the stage which was both of your guys mother," Igneel said snapping out of his memories real quick to see Wendy in front of me. I gestured her over when he Igneel started to explain more covering her ears.
