I really loved scrolling through message requests, it was crazy to see just how many people connected to my content, even though daily vlogs weren't exactly that deep. Unfortunately, because there were so many, I wasn't able to respond to all the messages I received.

"What did you say y/n?" Mum called from her room.
"Uh, nothing mum" I said, my eyes still glued to my phone screen. I peeled them away for a second to stare at the photo of him on my wall, and looked back at my phone. I pushed the chat, words not explaining how excited I was, and saw the message;
Noah Jupe: Hey, how are you?
I pinched myself, double checking to make sure I wasn't dreaming. My thumbs pressed out a response as fast as possible, eager to talk to him
Me: Hiii, I'm good, wbu?
I went to my clock app and checked the time in London 8:45 am, not too early, meaning he should answer soon. Sure enough, he did.
Noah Jupe: Yeah, I'm doing pretty well thanks, enjoying my summer break.
Me: Haha, since I'm from Australia we legit just got back from holidays 🙄
Noah Jupe: Ooftttttt lmao that's sucky haha
Me: Deffff I'm legit dying my classes are so hard, 2 kinds of PE and Woodshop
Noah Jupe: So are you like an athlete?
Me: Nah man, far from it, one PE is mandatory, the other one is like rollerblading and weights and fun stuff, and Woodshop is just so I can learn stuff in the future

I bit my fist, freaking out at the fact that Noah Jupe wanted to be my friend, may be even more, who knows?
