"Are you hungry?" Chenle asked while his hands is interwined with Jisung's who is currently driving Chenle home.
"Not really-" Jisung's stomach suddenly growled.
Chenle giggled, "I think your stomach does not agree with you."
Jisung awkwardly laughed, "Maybe.."
"Can you go straight instead of turning right?"
Jisung nodded, "Sure."
The two arrived at a familiar bakery as Chenle opened the door, the bells ringing is heard again and the sweet smell of pastries lingered on their nose.
A teen girl flashed a smile at the two, "Welcome back, Chenle!"
Chenle smiled back, "Hey, Jia."
Chenle actually expected Renjun to greet him instead of Jia because at this time, its usually Renjun's work hours. Jia is a part timer at Renjun's parents bakery and is a very sweet and cheerful girl. She's the same age as Renjun.
"Where's Renjun ge?"
"Renjun said that something came up and he couldn't work today. That's why he requested if I could work today for him. I agreed since I'm bored at home anyways." Jia said.
Chenle nodded, "You must be tired because you have been working since morning..."
Jia yawned, "Yeah, pretty much."
Jisung cleared his throat pretty loudly, "So, are we gonna order now or what?"
Jia scrunched up her nose, "Geez, who's this Chenle and why is he so eager?"
"Don't mind him, he's just hungry that's why he's acting like this." Chenle tapped Jisung's shoulder.
"I understand him, I also act like that when I'm hungry." Jia giggled.
Jisung only rolled his eyes.
He's not actually acting like this because he's hungry. He's acting like this because he's.....
jealous.
"I'll get a slice of strawberry cake.."
Chenle turned his head to Jisung, "...what about you, Jisungie?"
That nickname probably has a special effect on Jisung thats why his jealousy has suddenly gone away and his face finally softened.
"I-i'll get the same."

Chenle opened the door of his apartment unit as he and Jisung puts their shoes on the mat.
Jisung handed Chenle the two small, white boxes that contains the cake they bought earlier.
Chenle went straight to the kitchen to serve the cake.
Jisung looked around Chenle's huge and expensive apartment. It looks cozy and modern.
Jisung saw a wall full of frames and recognized a baby picture of Chenle right away.
"He's cute ever since he was born." Jisung smiled.
"Jisung, come here!" Chenle yelled from the kitchen.
"Coming!" Jisung quickly ran into the kitchen.
He saw the two slices of strawberry cakes placed on small plates. He sat down on a chair infront of Chenle.
"Do you like strawberries?" Jisung asked the older.
Chenle nodded, "Yeah."
Jisung got the strawberry on the top of his cake with a fork and placed it on Chenle's plate, "You can have mine."
Chenle smiled and ate the strawberry, "Thank you, Jisung."
Jisung smiled, "As long as you're happy."
That sentence made Chenle's heart flutter and now he has red ears.
"You're ears!" Jisung pointed at Chenle's ears.
Chenle quickly covered his ears with his hands, "Don't look at them!"
(:̲̅:̲̅:̲̅[̲̅:♡:]̲̅:̲̅:̲̅:̲̅)
"I really don't want to go..." Jisung kept on sulking while Chenle pushes him out of his apartment.
"Jisungie, you should go now its gonna be dawn soon-"
"No, no, no! Nicknames don't work for me anymore!" Jisung continued to sulk, not wanting to leave Chenle.
Chenle sighed as he remembered something, "Wait here."
"Okay." Jisung pouted as he patiently waited for Chenle outside the apartment.
Chenle came back after a minute carrying a brown paper bag.
"Here." Chenle handed the paper bag to Jisung.
"What is this?" Jisung opened the paper bag.
"Its your warm cardigan. Don't worry, I washed it very well."
"I didn't asked you to return it."
"Whatever, just go before the sun goes down."
"But, I don't want to-"
A peck. Chenle gave Jisung a peck on the lips.
"Just go.."
Jisung froze at his spot, his brain still processing what just happened.
"Did you just-"
Another one. Chenle gave him another peck.
"Yes, I did." Chenle smiled proudly.
Jisung turned his head around with a big smile on his face, he looks really flustered.
"I swear to god, if you do that again i'll really-"
"You'll what?"
Jisung took a small step closer to Chenle, "I'll really kiss you."
"What's stopping you to do that?"
Hearing that, Jisung let out a smirk and slowly leaned in close to Chenle.
But he stopped.
Chenle couldn't wait anymore so he held Jisung's neck and pulled him closer, connecting their lips.
The kiss is slow and sweet. It surely brought butterflies to their stomachs and their hearts is beating like their is no tomorrow.
🍰
