Ch:1 The Truth about the King

Iruma will neither be a demon nor a human here. There will be some spells I just conjured up if you want to know anything you can ask. Keeping that in mind let's start the chapter

"So is this the demon king's castle?"  Iruma asked when he took notice of all the noise that was coming from a nearby castle.

"You are indeed right according to Moi's knowledge the noise must be from the explosion spell of the crimson demon girl, I believe her name was Megumin" Vanir said.

"Megu- what?" Iruma asked confusion creeping up on his stoic face.

"The names here are a bit strange so I advise you to get used to it"  Wiz replied this time.

"Right..." Iruma said still skeptical.

"Anyways my king are you really going to defeat the demon king?" Wiz asked

"Well I have heard that he is creating havoc here and many lives are in danger if he continues to live on so Although it's against my policy I must kill him" Iruma answered seriously

"What do you meant by lives in danger?" Wiz asked again

"Let's just say many lives will be lost if the demon king is not defeated in time source is your's truly"  replied Vanir

"I know that you are plotting something here Vanir-san but I will play along since it's been a while since I have been amused" Iruma said with a little chuckle.

"Leaving that aside can I ask who that girl is" Iruma said pointing towards a small mage who was using explosions spells while listening to a brown-haired boy. 

"That is Megumin" Wiz replied this time.

"I must say that humans here are quite powerful" Iruma asked wondering how the little mage was using so many explosion spells at the same time.

"It's both power and manatite consumption, Ok so shall we start now?" Vanir asked while going towards the group of three.

"Rich turned poor boy who is afraid of dying do you need Moi's help" Vanir asked the brown-haired boy.

"We need to rescue Aqua can you do tha-?" Kazuma couldn't finish and was interrupted

"Oh I am here Kazuma-san" Aqua replied

"Wait what?! How?!" Kazuma said startled.

"Oh this man" she said pointing towards Iruma who was standing beside her "he sav-" not letting her finish Darkness and Megumin started stretching her cheeks.

"Ye-Ow!!!!" Aqua cried out

"Thank you very much for saving her" Megumin and darkness said still pinching Aqua

"Think nothing of it" Iruma waved his hand frantically, "Wiz should be here any moment now with the other group" as soon as Iruma finished Wiz appeared with Mitsurugi his two tag alongs and Yunyun in tow.

"Waah" Yunyun wailed into Megumun's shoulder, "The castle was being attacked by the demon king! I am so glad Wiz saved us"

'I think I should keep the real story to myself' Iruma thought.

"You helped us a lot, thank you Mr.?" Kazuma said

"Let Moi introduce you, this person here is Iruma-sama a friend of moi and th-"

"Iruma?, that means you are Japanese as well?" Kazuma interupted dumbfounded.

"Yup I sure am" Iruma replied heartily

"See Kazuma looks like I did summon a great hero to this world" Aqua said haughtily.

"Vanir she is a goddess right? If so then are you ok?" Iruma asked concern evident in his voice.
