Personality
Juno is a very quite person but for substances, she hardly can't speak to others and people don't even know she existed. The only way she could be able to talk is her mind, she can talk to people with her powers. joker thought she always sad and never be happy but he was mad the fact that beast made a wish that their child would never speak at all. For that beast founds out her child belong to Sebastian all that time, but it's been a mistake she was his when beast notice. there's no proof that she was Sebastian's daughter or anything, but obviously, she is jokers daughter.
