Achievement Hunter Part 3 - August

Welcome to our 2021 Summer Achievement Hunter Challenge!!

All members of the  Poets  Pub are welcome to join in!! If you are new to the Pub and not a  member  yet, all you need to do is follow us and read our book "Behind  the  Bar", it will give you an overview of what the Pub is all about and  how  to submit poems.

The Achievement Hunter Challenge will start on June 1st and run through August 31st.

YOU CAN JOIN IN AT ANY TIME!!!

There will be two parts to this Challenge:

100 Poem Challenge
and
Achievement Hunter Challenge

~~~~~~~~~~ HERE IS HOW IT WILL ALL WORK ~~~~~~~~~~

1. You will need to create a NEW BOOK on your profile to post your poems in and YOU MUST send us the link to it. (Send the link to us by Direct Message.)  WE WILL BE ADDING YOUR BOOK TO OUR READING LIST.

2. Start writing poems! You have from June 1st to August 31st to write 100 poems. MUST BE NEW, PREVIOUSLY UNPUBLISHED POEMS.

3. Poems must be a minimum of 8 lines.

4. You CAN USE the Achievement Hunter Poems in the 100 poem challenge if you want.

5. Poets will be awarded 50 points for completing the 100 poem challenge.

6. An extra 2 points will be awarded for every poem over 100 poems.

7. If any Poet can fill a 200 poem collection, they will get a bonus of 100 points.

8.  Poets MUST respond to ALL COMMENTS made on their Poems.  (When   responding to comments please try to remember to tag the person who   made the comment so that they will know you responded.)

1. There will be a total of 81 Achievements  and all poems written for this challenge MUST be submitted to the Poets  Pub in a Direct Message and will be posted here. (ONLY 3 POEMS PER DAY  CAN BE SUBMITTED.)

2.  We will be posting 27 Achievements per month.  However you can join in at any time. And you can do them in any order you would like.

3.  Each achievement will be worth points (between 1-10 points - with some having bonus points) and the points are noted on each achievement.    Once you have submitted your poem and we have determined that it   fulfills the requirements of the challenge you will be awarded the   points for that achievement.  AND YOU CAN ONLY RECEIVE POINTS FOR AN ACHIEVEMENT ONCE!

4.  We will be keeping a list of participants and their total points, which will be published here and in the Chatter each week.

5. You CAN USE the Achievement Hunter Poems in the 100 poem challenge if you want.

6.  Submissions: When you submit your poem YOU MUST INCLUDE THE NUMBER FOR THE POEM YOU ARE SUBMITTING! That is the only way we will be able to award you the correct number of points. You can only submit 3 poems per day.

7.  Poets MUST respond to ALL COMMENTS made on their Poems.  (When   responding to comments please try to remember to tag the person who   made the comment so that they will know you responded.)
