Previous Day

(Alex in this story is as tall as Emma)
Alex POV:
*Previous day*
I move away from the of the 4 parents outside my house. Munch was standing beside them and watching, while Tuck was filming. Along with Munch I stood in the circle of confused parents.
Until I saw something move out of the corner of my eye.
It was Emma.

She was still in my yard not sure what to do. Thinking she wanted to say bye to Munch and Tuck, an me, I start to move slowly over to her. Hoping that my mom doesn't notice. Oh course by the time I reach her, I hear a pause in the adults, I know what's coming. Feeling my mom's stare burn into the back of my head, wondering why Emma was here.
"Who's this?" I heard her ask. I see Emma is walking one way until she heard her name, then changed course to me.
"Uh this is Emma"
"He's my boyfriend" she replied
"-uh I mean he's my friend, who is a boy" she corrected.
I felt her looking at me so I looked to my left. We stared at each other for a couple of seconds.
"Awkward!" I heard Tuck commented still filming.
Then Munch looked to my mom and asked "She's hot, right?"
Idiot
All while I was distracted by watching their reactions. I felt Emma's fingers play with mine. From her touch I started to feel a tingle. I felt it earlier at the stop before the bar, when she grabbed my hand. Eventually, I felt our fingers become intertwine they were intertwined.
Well now this was weird. I saw Tuck put his camera on us, it was a strange experience so I made a face at the camera. Not sure if she saw my face or not but out of the corner of my eye, I saw her smiling.

*About 15 minutes later*
All the questions had been answered, about what we had done the previous night. Also that only the people who had bought houses for the move, were moving, but anyone who didn't gets to stay. The parents started heading home, along with Munch and Tuck. Until my parents went inside, and the rest of the parents went home, I loosened my grip on Emma's hand. Now she was the only one holding on. I shook her hand off mine, "You need to go home now" I told her.
"Why?" she asked
"I just think its time for you to go" I told her. I walked inside my house and did not look at her.
