Alex. P O V:

We rode around for about an hour. I noticed as we rode Emma kept looking over at me. I think she was trying to get my attention, but I wouldn't look over. We started growing tired, and we decided to head back home.

"Let's go Tuck, I'll race you around the corner" Munch yelled as he started to pedaled faster.
"You're so on" Tuck called as he also began to pedal faster.
"Guys wa-" I tried to yell, but they were already too far ahead.
Great now I was alone with Emma.
Just great.
I began to rode ahead a little faster, til I heard Emma "Alex, wait I want to talk to you!"

I slowed down so Emma could ride up beside me.
"What?" I questioned.
"Well, I wanted to ask about the other day." She responded.
"What about the other day?" I said playing dumb.

"You know what, after everyone left you were rude to me." She explained.
"How was I rude exactly?" I asked.
Honestly I know all the answers to my own questions, but I just dont want to talk to her about it.

"Alex, I know you don't have that bad of a memory. Why is it you're acting like yourself when I first caught you in my room?" She asked.

I had a faint smile on my face of the memory from the previous day. The guys and I trying to act "natural" in her room.

I just remained silent and kept pedaling, I was actually gaining speed but gradually so Emma would not notice. All I wanted was to see Tuck and Munch to save me from answering the question.

When I looked ahead all I could see was the empty road ahead. I sighed
"Come on, we should catch up with Tuck and Munch."
I did not wait around for her to say anything, I just start to pedal faster.
Until I start feeling a vibration in my pocket.
Slowing down my bike, I pulled out my phone. I saw it was Munch calling me.
They must be wondering why we're so far behind.
"Hello?" I spoke into my phone.
"Hey Alex, Tuck and I kinda, accidentally raced all the way home." Munch rushed out in one breath.
"Are you serious? So what are me and Emma supposed to do?" I asked annoyed.
"Uh, Tuck's gonna answer that question."
"I don't know dude, just take her home or you could ride around with her." Tuck answered slyly. I could tell he was smiling.
"Haha dude, I'm not doing that" I responded in to the phone.
"Okay, dude just take her home, then we can hang out.
"Alright whatever"
I hung up the phone and looked over at Emma, who was riding a bit behind me.
She wasn't smiling or looking at me.
"So Tuck and Munch actually raced home, so I'm gonna take you home" I said trying to make it casual.
"Why can't we just ride around?" Emma questioned.
Crap.
"I -um, have homework I need to finish." I lied.
When I looked over, it honestly did not look like she believed me. But Emma let go of the idea of us found homework.
"Okay, I'll just go home" she retorted.
We rode back to Emma's house silently. When she started walking to her house, she spun around and call "Bye Alex!"
I gave a weak wave bye to her, and started home.

So I have 4 projects due Monday. And I have barely started one.
FML.

I actually have already start the next chapter so I will update by Monday 9pm.
