kusuke x quiet genius oc!! pt.1

It was the middle of the semester when an important project was given in Cambridge University's advance advance biology class. Though Kusuke excel in this class like any other, he still had to complete the partner project.

Stupid homosaphians, which one shall I work with?

He looked around the room scanning each person. He looked at his stupid desk mate, but chose against it.

Then his eyes landed on a desk at the very back of the classroom. Sitting at the desk was a very plain looking girl, her skin white as snow, her clear pink eyes, her raven black hair. It was obvious she was beautiful but her black rimmed glasses and her messy brown sweater took the charm out of her.

She was wearing an over sized antique looking sweater with ripped gray jeans, who looked like it had better days, she was also wearing dirty white cheap sneakers.

Then it dawn on him on who she was.

Gecko!!

Gecko is the nickname she received for blending in too well. No one is even able to notice her if one isn't paying close attention. No one even knew her name but it's said she is really smart.

Kusuke elegantly stood up getting everyone's attention at it. His blonde hair swaying along with his movements. He was wearing white pants with a light blue long sleeved shirt. His black shoes echoing through the classroom. Everyone's eyes were on him except a certain noirett's pink eyes that were busy reading about the assignment.

When kusuke arrived at the table was when gecko *cough cough* Avery, notice the change in the environment. It was cheerful just a few seconds ago with people choosing their topic and partner.

She averted her eyes from the paper and saw someone standing in front of her. She looked up to see the school genuis hovering above her. His dark green eyes made contact with her pink eyes.

She looked around and saw the everyone's gaze were on her. All of them confuse on who she was.

Avery wanted to ask if he needed anything before he said something first.

"Be my partner on this project." This shocked the whole class but the most shocked one was Avery herself.

She has never made contact with him before this and yet he was talking to her with an expression as if they knew each other years before this moment.

Without thinking she dramatically shooked her head, and with a voice barely above a whispere she said, "I'm gonna work alone."

Somehow this shocked kusuke for various reasons. One, he had never been rejected before, even if it's just a project, everyone would always want to work with him.

Second, she somehow resembled a shy little bunny.

And last, her voice tickled his heart. He wanted, no, he NEEDED to hear her again.

He grabbed her hand and led her towards the teacher. The old man's eyes never left kusuke ever since he started walking towards the unknown girl.

Who is she? Is she my student? I don't remember her.

When kusuke arrived at the teacher's desk, everyone still couldn't process it.

"I want to partner myself with her." He said pointing at Avery who was trying to get away from him.

"I want to work alone." She respected hoping to convince him with the same quiet voice.

This made kusuke displease.

Why is she sharing her voice with the stupid teacher?!?!!?

"Mr. Saiki will be working with...." The teacher dragged his words hoping to magically remember her name.

Avery seemed offended, she has been here ever since the year started but the teacher didn't know her name.

She pouted her lips and keeping quiet she turn around only to bump into kusuke. The book she was holding was taken away from her before she could even process it.

"Avery King," Kusuke whispered, beautiful name.

"Her name is gecko," He then wrote her name besides him and dragged her with the intention of taking her to the library.

Before getting to the door he felt a small tug at his shirt, he turned around and saw that Avery pointing to her desk. So he quickly packed her stuff, which were an old bio book, and a tore notebook, plus a pen. He put then inside her backpack and swung it over his sholder.

He then dragged her to the library where they would work on the project. When they got there kusuke notice how tired she looked.

"Why are you tired? we barely ran."

"You walked fast."

He looked down and that was when he notice how short she was compared to him.

She barely reached his shoulders.

A small bunny indeed
