It was time. when Lucia got here I rushed to the bathroom and changed everything that Blake would recognize me as. It was like I was looking into a mirror which reflected my self in an alternate universe never in a million years would i dress like this, my hair in this color but it worked. My brown long hair is nowhere to be seen, replaced with a washed out lavender that flows into a gray. My hair compliments my pale skin so it doesn't look as bad as it seems. It actually turned out great for my first time attempting to dye my hair.

Suddenly Lucia rushes up stairs calling my name nearly tripping up the fight of stairs."Lea!... Lea!" she says as she finally reaches my bathroom."Jesse says Blake's on the move, he sent some of his Friends to follow Blake. Jesse said he's  going to take you".

"why does he want to take me?" I say while grabbing my bags.

" He said since Blake has never seen him, he should be the one who takes you" she reasons.

" Are you sure it was jesse who said this? The last time I checked i didn't like him and he didn't like me, so why would he finally be nice to me?" I say as if Jesse would have thought of the most dumbest plan on earth".

"It's true and there's no time for questioning". She says and not even a second after we hear a car horn." ah, right on time"

Carrying my bags down stair is easy, putting the in Jesse's car is slightly more difficult and by difficult I mean Jesse had to get out of the car to help me while Lucia laughs at how weak i am.

"Come on wimp hand them over" say Jesse with a dumb smirk on his face. It literally took him two seconds for him to put them in the trunk , no fair!

" Come here" those two words send me practically sprinting toward Lucia." I'll love you so much. I'll miss you, so please be careful". she says to me as tears roll down her cheeks.

" I'll miss you too" I say while sobbing. "I'll call you the second i'm safe" I said finally backing away and getting in the car while Jesse talks with his mom.

As Jesse finally gets in the car and starts driving away I look back in the mirror and see the place I once called home fade in the distance. The car ride was awkwardly quiet until Jesse's phone started ringing. Jesse quickly answered it since his phones Bluetooth was connected to the car the second he answered it someone with a deep voice started to speak "Jesse! Blake is not that far from the house and he's not alone, get out of there now!'

" We already left" says Jesse while gripping the steering wheel tighter.

" Good, because he just got there. Drive straight there because from the looks of it he's sending more people on a lookout for you guys. I think he knows you're not-" then the line suddenly goes dead. Suddenly Jesse steps on the gas sending us speeding down the road.

"Jesse you need to slow down! " I manage to say while gripping my seat while slightly freaking out; okay, basically passing out same difference.

" Slow down? You want me to 'slow down?'! You're the one who got us into this mess, if it wasn't for you my Friends and my mom wouldn't be risking their lives to save you! So, don't tell me to slow down!" he says while speeding down a empty road.

" stop!" almost instantly Jesse stops the car sending it forward.

"What was that for?! " he yells.

" Really?" i say in a sarcastic tone." Look ahead".

Lying there not even one hundred feet away is a cow. How in the world did he not see it, its huge! I blame his brainlessness.

"What is that? Is that a cow?"

"Yes, dumbo and its right in the middle of the road".

"I could have gone around it " he mumbles.

" Its in the middle of the road there is no space. Why did we even go down this road?"

" We went down this road because we needed to leave 'your' house and get 'you' to the airport as fast as possible" he say practically boring a hole between my eyebrows, from glaring at me.

" 'You' didn't have to drive if you didn't want to I could have happily found someone else to take".

For the second time Jesse's phone interrupts us. " what?!" yells Jesse into the phone.

All of a sudden I heard a voice I never wanted to hear again" You think you can run away well I got news for you, I will stop at nothing to find you lea and when I find you you'll wish you were dead" and with that the line went dead.

I just stood there, petrified. without warning i felt jesse's hand on my shoulder making me jump.

"Hey come-on, help me move the cow. The faster we're done with this the faster your closer to safety".

I know he's just telling me to help him to get my mind of the call because just this morning he called me a wimp for not being able to put my bags in the car. Some how Jesse made me feel better. Probably when he was teasing me and telling me to push the cow's butt; " i wonder why the there was a cow on the middle of the stupid road  any ways..."i grunted out as tried pushed the cow "hmm.. i guess the wanted to beef up the security around this place" i said as i looked around and only say run down buildings  not to far away.

" really lea? beef, in front of a cow!" jesse pointed at the cow and  laughed at my sad attempt at a joke that for some reason he thought was funny. after a few more minutes of pushing we finally managed to get the cow out of the road

We had finally arrived to the airport. just before I was about to leave to board my flight, I felt Jesse grabbed my hand and turned me around. "sorry for yelling at you. Um... be safe?" he said hesitantly.

" Its okay and don't worry about me, I'll be fine" I said with a smile growing on my face.

" Call me if you ever need help okay?" he says while scratching the back of his head.

"Okay," i quietly answered as i stared at my black and white converse i didn't know whether if i should just leave or give him a hug before i did, we were closer when we were younger.when i was younger and more naive than i am today, thankfully, i had a the tinniest crush on him. he was perfect, well is minus the bimbos. i looked up into his eyes and hugged him this was probably the last time i would ever see him. he stood there frozen for a while before he hugged me back, while a tear escaped my eye causing my body to shake as more tears threatened to spill out as he kissed the top of my fore head.  i didn't want to let go so i slowly backed away  " bye jesse" i said as i looked into his eyes for the last time. attendant to board my flight while she was checking my ticket I looked back to see Jesse still waiting. 

With a wave goodbye and a smile I boarded my flight.
