Cody woke up in a black room.
"W-what is this?" he asked.
"This is the Gassy Room," said the female disembodied voice. "This is filled with a deadly gas, and I ask you two questions. Answer both of the questions right, and the gas will turn off and you will get a prize.. I will warn you, though- I am extremely, extremely, extremely, extremely, extremely sensitive to answers, so be careful."
"What happens if you answer a question wrong?" asked Cody. He was clearly eager to get started with the quiz.
"Well, the gas will make you ill." said the voice.
"Question 1: What's the national flower of Japan?"
"Isn't it obvious?" asked Cody. A Cherry blossom."
"True," said the voice. "Correct! Question 2: How many time zones are there in Russia?"
"11!" Cody said.
"Very clever," said the voice. "All finished! Prize!"
A box appeared.
Cody opened it and inside was a teal heart.
The voice then turned into Alter Ego's voice.
"So you've gotten the Heart of Fortitude?" asked the voice.
Holding the heart, Cody squeezed through the door and ran.
