I know you dreamed about this scenario multiple times so we wrote it so you can replay it

Ducky checked her schedule again. Her favorite subject was science and she couldn't believe that it was going to be her first class. What a wonderful way to start off the first day of school! She shoved away the students crowding around her locker. After setting down her backpack and grabbing what she needed, Ducky hurried to science class.
"No running in the halls!"
Ducky rolled her eyes. Ugh, teachers want us to be excited for school, and yet they yell at me for being excited.
As soon as she walks into her science classroom, she takes a look at the posters on the wall and all the empty desks. She notices the periodic table that was taped on the main desk. Her eyes slide up and notices the occupant of the desk.
Mr. Hertz looks up from his computer, "Welcome to Life Science! You're a bit early aren't you?" He asked in his deep, velvety voice.
Her heart sinks when she realizes she's way too early.
She stutters out a reply, "Oh... I a-am?"
Mr. Hertz flashes her a smile and it seems like the classroom just got brighter, "No worries, I'm glad you're excited for science class," he said, staring at the eager student with his piercing brown eyes.

Ducky tried not to stare at his muscular, tattooed arms.

"You okay...? You zoned out. Oh and I didn't catch your name...?"
Ducky visibly gulped and said in a shaky voice, "Ducky, Ducky Sauce"

The classroom was suddenly too suffocating.
"I- I um..left something in my locker." She started to walk out when Mr. Hertz stopped her.
"Are you sure? You look like you have everything."
"Oh, uh," she bumped into a desk, "I need to use the bathroom. Bye!" She ran out the room.
"Walk!" yelled a teacher.
This year was going to be interesting.
