It was never meant to happen like this, Mio and Okayu were just role playing with their characters from one of the SMOK streams, and the next thing Mio knew was how pretty Okayu's eyes looked in the late afternoon sunlight.
Mio was unsettled by this, they were good friends but how can she compete with someone like Korone.
It took a couple months of awkward events for Mio to finally confess her feelings but Okayu let her down to the best of her ability, Mio took it in stride and broke down crying to Taiga (her pet cat) as soon as she walked through her door.
