It was after school hours. I wouldn't expect Mia to wait for me. It was only a 10-minute walk. I'd be fine alone. On my way home, I took a different route so I could do a bit of site seeing. It gave me a chance to clear my head. The events from the club still cross my mind now and then.

I have a bit of homework, which is quite surprising. I need to check my email and then I'm free. It didn't take long for me to arrive home, and man was I happy. I'm kinda eager to read Mr. West's email.

"Mia?" I say while taking my shoes off

There was no answer. I checked her room and there was no Mia. I'm going to text her.

Hey,  I'm home. Are you okay?

Let me put some coffee on, then it's time to work. I like school but I hate homework, it interferes with the time for myself.

Math and English are the easiest subjects, I'm going to start with those. I know the other classes are going to kick my ass a little bit.

No more distractions Isa, I take out my math textbook, my journal, and my Pencil. "Turn to page 130" noted at the top of my instruction paper.  

Fliping through my book until reaching pg 130, it's just an introduction about ourselves which is relatively easy.

1. How was the first day of college for you?
    Honestly, I enjoyed It a lot. I spoke to some cool people, made it to my classes on time, the professors are great at their jobs, and every worker in the building is supportive.

Before we continue note that, no other class will take the time to get to know you all as a person like this, so enjoy this easy assignment. 

The math portion continued with questions about myself, easy as can be. As Ms. Carter said no other class gave introduction assignments, it started with research for our first project of the year. 

I made sure to pick topics I enjoyed.

Homework took longer than I thought, it's 8:00 pm and I started at 5:15. No time to Dwell on it, I open my laptop and go to my Gmail. Actually, I did well on time, Mr. West just sent his email.  I hovered my mouse over the letter, clicked, and began to read.

"Good Evening Ms. Stewart
As I mentioned, I'd be sending you an email regarding our relationship as student and counselor. There isn't anything major. We will be meeting outside of the school/premises, I have a record of all school assignments, grades. I am allowed to help if needed, I look forward to you reading me your research papers, I am here to assist you, We can't exchange real numbers, so take this number from a text now account. After you read this, I would like for you to call me, that way I know you made it to the end. 312-065-54**"

Quickly taking out my phone, and opening WhatsApp, I would rather use it for contacting a teacher. I'm a bit nervous but I punch his number in and hit call.
