Also yeah I know this is long as hell, but I got excited and went off on tangents. No real story here, just an overall introduction I guess.

Being an adult is difficult. Naturally. You have bills to pay, obligations, time feels so much faster than when you're in high school. No longer do you get to sit around, asking mom for lunch money or permission to go out with your friends. It's even harder when you spent your teenage years being literal heroes, traveling, exploring, adventuring. It almost feels like you've peaked and are only now settling down. Settling down as if you're in your late thirties and not your early twenties

It was years ago, five or six perhaps, a small group of girls, friends who lived in the same apartment complex in New York, would often spend their time roaming the city at night. Viktoria, Odessa, and Amber. They were friends long before they met the more secretive citizens of New York. The girls knew each other since childhood, having grown up together they were practically family at this point, sisters even.

It was a regular night for the trio, not even sure if they could remember exactly what they were doing. Late night ice cream trip or coming back from walking around the mall. Maybe just wondering the streets they knew so well.

It was the night they met them, those strange turtle like creatures living in the sewers of their city, those who fought off the lesser known ninja clan that inhabited the city. That chance encounter sent the three into a whirlwind of questions and theories. Now, what would any other fifteen year old do in that situation? Go home? Maybe, but they didn't. Of course not. There was a mystery to uncover!

Sure enough they did, playing detective and purposely putting themselves in danger until they got to meet the green heroes again. It was the beginning for their group. They made friends, eventually being apart of each others daily lives. They survived years of...well anything you could think of. Going to space, fighting inhumane creatures, ninjas, robots, fighting the government, going to the future, going to the past, going into the internet. It's been an unforgettable few years.

Of course the girls refused to be deadweight to the heroes. Granted, being teenage girls, they went through their "magic phase" and yet, seeing the fights that were to come the trio put in effort, day in and day out. No longer did they manifest good energy, but instead controlled it. It wasn't hard, per se, having been introduced to magic fairly early on, but regardless the growth was impressive.

But in the present day, things were more calm for the friends. Tori, Odessa, and Amber shared an apartment together. In their twenties, in college, part time jobs but honestly with the connections they've made over the years it wasn't entirely necessary for them to work. Magic had been incorporated into their day to day life, giving their apartment a sort of ethereal vibe to it. Plants covered most of the windowsills, they still needed to have one open for the guys to crawl through, of course. Crystals and hanging talismans, sigils and candles.

Odessa was twenty one, working in a cute little curio shop. Crystals, incense, jewelry. Always coming home with a new sort of herbal tea to share, matching rings or to show a cute new tarot deck design.

She loves drinking wine in flowery kimono type robes and singing along to the radio. She's a theatre major, her goals being that she wanted to be a performer, be it an actress or a Broadway singer. Amber and Tori joked that when Odessa was famous, a rich and influential actress that she would buy a big fancy house somewhere. A beachfront property where they would drink good wine and eat lots of fruit. Bonfires and such with big fluffy dogs.
