How he ended up with cat ears on his head dressed in a cat-maid outfit was never to be mentioned, but he vowed never to agree to play Ciel in a game of chess ever again.
"Oh, stop pouting, you look fine." Kaylub puffed his cheeks in a pout looking at the blue haired earl who looked down at the slightly shorter male. He smirked and pets the shorter male who allows the pets to happen. "Sebastian is going to pleased with my choice." As if summoned by his name, said demon butler entered the room and froze looking at the shorter male with cat ears.
"Why is young master Kaylub in a maid outfit?" He was quick to regain himself as he looked to the head of the house for answers.
"He lost and thus was punished."
"Haven't I told you not to challenge him?" His crimson eyes locked with sky blue eyes which looked away shyly.
"Well, I never exactly challenged him," Sebastian raised a brow at this. "He asked me to play. I didn't know he would force me into this outfit if I lost."
"Young master," Now both Ciel and Kaylub were pouting, but for different reasons.
"I thought you'd approve of the outfit with your liking towards felines."
"Why I am pleased that you thought of me when deciding to do such a thing, you should not trick young master Kaylub into one of your games."
"Fine, you can change if you wish. I have matters to attend to." Ciel rose and exited the room leaving the butler with the guest.
"Would you like me to prepare a different outfit for you?"
"No, I actually quite like the ears." Kaylub started to play with them on his head almost as if he was grooming himself like a cat.
"You can keep the ears, but you might want to change clothing before Mey-Rin notices you and think you're a part of the staff." He recieves a nod and leaves to go prepare an outfit. He was followed by Kaylub to the room he was staying in during the duration of his visit.
"Do you like the ears?" Sebastian turned to where Kaylub had finished getting dressed in a simple blouse top and pants. The ears were still on his head as he looked up at the tall demon.
"I quite like them, they suit you very well... Kitten." Kaylub smiled enjoying the nickname.
"Only you may call me that."
"I will accept this honor." Sebastian gently pets the smaller males head hearing what sounds like purring for his actions. "Kitten."
