Eleven Weeks Six Friends

Goodbye.

It's Friday. The last day. Josie walked to the government officials' house so she could be saved. Shutting the door behind her she walks into the house. 

"So wheres the vault? Bomb Shelter? whatever it is where is it I want my life." She says.

"No" they respond.

"Excuse me?" Josie spat. "I said I want my life.

"Well, we're not giving it to you." They said annoyed.

"But- But sir. I did what you wanted. I stabbed my Best friend and made all my other friends hate me" Josie cried.

"Good for you" He groaned cocking his gun.

"It's not fair. Please I did what you asked of me. What did I ever do to you! IT'S NOT FAIR IT'S NOT FAIR!" Josie screamed charging at the man. "IT'S NOT FAI-" Josie yelled being cut off by a gunshot and a pain in her stomach. "It's not... Fair..." Josie whispered breathing her last breath.

Back at the gym only contained Corrine Maya Sarah and Nikki. They all got a notification on their phones that said the oxygen would be turning off in one hour. 

"well, we never got to tell off Amy." Sarah blurted ruining the silence.

"Yea. Your right." Corrine said.

"You know what. You guys always wanted to go on the roof so, let's go on the roof" Nikki said. 

They all got on the roof and began crying knowing the friend group started with 6 and ended in 4. 

"I never wanted it to end as this" Corrine cried.

"none of us did"

"60 seconds remaining" Our phones spoke.

"I love you all. I'll miss you. And thank you. for making my life 10 times better" Corrine blurted.

"You guys have been the best children ever. I love you all" Nikki said.

"Thanks for crying in the bathroom with me" Maya sobbed.

"Thank you for always being there for me. I love you all" Sarah cried.

"10..." Their phones counted.

"9..."

"8..."

"I'll miss you," Sarah said.

"7..."

"I'll miss you too," The rest of them said"

"6..."

"5..."

I'll see you in another life my friends" Corrine whispered.

"4..."

"3..."

"2..."

"goodbye," they all Said together.

"1. Oxygen shut down,"

Everyone began gagging and gasping for air.

"let's... die... together..." Maya managed to get out grabbing onto everyone's hands. they looked around the circle. They saw each other grasping onto each other's hands everyone shaking. Maya slowly let go of everyone's hand's foam drooling from her mouth. She lets go and falls onto the roof her eyes fluttering shut for the last time. next Corrine started Coughing up blood as she shed her last tear falling from the circle. left with only Nikki and Sarah they let go letting themselves drift off away from this dirty cruel world.
