Part 3: Break In

[A/N, I've decided to actually make this into a legit fanfic not one of the 3"5, blue orbes cringey fanfics lol, which this was supposed to be, so ill be changing the first part up a little, Dex out! -🚬]

Part 3: Sweating Bullets

As the man is lying on the floof, presumably out cold, i try to wake scott up so he could deal with the ski mask guy, but he wasn't waking up I'm starting to panic but after 2 minutes he starts to get up, he looks at the situation but I can't tell if he's shocked, confused, doesn't Believe it or all of the above, he asks me "what the fuck just happened?!" I reply "i guess you and him were fighting, he grabbed something fragile, broke it over your head and knocked you out" "well i can piece together that much seeming as there's glass on the floor, but I'm talking about the unconscious burglar on the living room floor" he says in confusion "i came downstairs, saw you on the floor, i grabbed the bat you were using, hit his shins, he grabbed the bat before it hit them, stood up, so i kicked him where it hurts, grabbed the bat and hit him on the head." I tell him, shaking. He's sitting there trying to process all this, and says "we should probably call the cops?" I say "good idea" i grab the phone for him, he rings them up and explains the situation. He asks me to grab a rope from the basement, i go down the stairs and find some in a corner, i grab it and bolt up the stairs, closing the door behind me. I hand him the rope and he grabs a chair from the living room, he ties the guy up on the chair while we wait for the cops to show up, we hear a knock on the door and he opens it, "I'm Officer Rachel Green, We received a call about a breaking and entering happening here?" She says. Scott Responds "Yeah I have the guy in the living room, he broke a vase over my head and knocked me out, then proceeded to try to assault Alyssa here" Officer Green then asks "Sir may i get your full name, as well as your child's?" "Sure. It's Scott Weiland, and Then Alyssa Denotim." He says. "Alright, I'm going to have to enter your house, you said you have this man in your living room?" Officer green says. He replies "yeah, i didn't want him to get up again and try to kill the both of us" then she enters the house and proceeds to the living room, she sees the scene of broken glass, a bat, a man with a mask tied to a chair and starts to talk once again "this is the man correct?" "That would be him" Scott replies. The man in the chair starts to wake up to a police officer examining the scene and attempts to wiggle his way out of the rope, to no avail however. She sees that the man is awake And starts to say "sir you are under arrest for assault, breaking and entering, and attempted murder. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law, you have the right to remain silent and call a lawyer if you happen to have one, she unties and handcuffs the man and puts him in the cop car, officer green says "alright, you may have to come down to the station to answer some questions, if you do need to we'll give you a call. Here's my card if you have any questions or need to contact me, thanks." And with that she left. "That was fucked up. Any idea who that guy was?" He says, "the only person i could think of that would break in is the guy my mom was with" i reply. "Well lets hope to god it wasn't, because then your mother might know where the house is now." He says back to me, i agree with him, its 3:18 AM, i decide to go to be since i feel like I'm going to pass out, i tell him goodnight and head upstairs, i plop down on my bed and pass out almost immediately. I hope we don't have to go down to the station, I've never liked police stations, they give me a weird vibe.
