Louis: *standing outside the court room waiting for it the begin; paces a bit*

Niall: Relax, it's gonna be okay. *smiles*

Simon: *rushing in* I'm sorry i'm a bit late.. I had car troubles. You all ready?

Louis: *nods* Yeah..

Niall: *nods* *in the court room*

Judge: Okay so why are we here today?

Simon: My client would like to gain full custody of his brother.

Judge: Any perticular reason?

Simon: *clears his throat* I have learned that their uncle, Donald, has allowed strangers rape them through blackmail. And they want to change to my record company instead but in order to do that, we need full custody so we do not have him trapped in the whole blackmail situation.

Donald: That's a lie!

Judge: Do we have any proof he's allowing this to happen?

Simon: Well, my son's friends, who both have developed a relationship with them have witnessed atleast 2 or 3 encounters of the blackmailers.

Judge: Can I have them to testify?

Simon: *nods then looks at Harry & Liam* Boys..

Judge: I'll take that one first. *points to Liam*

Liam: *bites his lip standing up then stands at the bench*

Judge: Raise your right hand.

Liam: *puts his right hand up*

Judge: Do you swear to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth so help you god?

Liam: I do.

Judge: You may sit.

Liam: *sits down*

Judge: Now Mr. Payne, is it?

Liam: Yes.

Judge: What have you witnessed at their house?

Liam: Well, the first ecounter was at the theatre that they lived above from for auditions. Me and my brother, Harry had just gotten done auditioning and we noticed two guys approaching them and they looked terrified. We didn't know until Niall had let it slip that... they raped them.. the other encounter was when Nate snuck over.. and he attempted to rape Niall.. but I smashed a lamp on his head before he could..

Judge: So... your admitting to a judge that you assaulted someone?

Liam: I'm sorry?

Judge: Was it in self defense?

Liam: Well, it was for defense.

Judge: You were protecting Niall?

Liam: *nods* Yes. I'd do anything to keep him safe.

Judge: How does Niall seem to react around him?

Liam: He looks terrified. I don't blame him though.

Judge: Has it affected your relationship with him at all

Liam: In the beginning, he wasn't that much contactful but in the progressing weeks that he got more comfortable with me, it slowly faded away. But it didn't really affect our relationship.

Judge: So he's afraid of people is what your saying?

Liam: Kind of, he's just not use to meeting new people.
