Y/N's POV
I just got back from my search not even getting what I needed, and there, I've been gone for not so long and this happened. I jumped towards Sakura, Naruto and Sasuke. "Sakura, why didn't you tell me sooner, move aside and rest, I'll take care of it from here", I told Sakura. I started to heal Naruto and Sasuke, while Sakura lied down on the remaining space and rested like I told her too. 'How did this happen? WHat happened to them? How strong is the person they battled?' question flooded my head as I finish to heal Naruto and Sasuke. Then I move on to Sakura to heal her wounds so it doesn't get in the way for the rest of the exam. When I finished healing Sakura, I can feel chakra of familiar and unfamiliar people around Team 7. I can feel that bushy brows are nearby and Shika-Ino-Cho team too, and a chakra that felt like the sound ninja. The ninja from the sound village jumped out of the bush and attempted to attack me and Team 7.
Shikamaru's POV
I was standing in the middle of the forest of death complaining on how we were technically the weakest team but we might be higher than Naruto's team. "How dare you talk about Sasuke-kun like that!? Yeah, the people in Team 7 is useless, but don't talk to Sasuke-kun like that." Ino yelling back at me. "Hey, I think that's Team 7, all of Team 7 is down except for... Y/N? I think that was her name." Choji stated sitting on the tree. Me and Ino was shock and ran towards team 7 direction dragging Choji with us since he didn't want to come.
Ino's POV
As we got to where Team 7 was, we saw that Y/N girl using earth justu to protect herself as well as her teammate lying on the ground around her. Sakura woke up and helped Y/N fight, a ninja grabbed her hair which made her cut it, and it shocked me. It gave me a flashback of what she told me when we were still young, 'Sasuke-kun likes girls with long hair, so I am going to grow my hair long, longer than you'.
Y/N's POV
When I saw Sakura cutting her hair, I got so disappointed I couldn't help her, but that doesn't really matters now, I have to take care of myself also these two. When I pushed the girl ninja away from Sakura, Ino, Shikamaru, Choji, and bushy brows showed up and stood in front of Sakura protecting her. Now all I need to do is focus on myself since because I can't knocked out, I don't sleep for a reason. I scented 2 familiar chakra coming my way, it was bushy brows mates. After they came, Sasuke woke up and... this happened (Watch below)
After that, everyone went back to their teams.
Author's POV
Around 3 days later (I shorten the days because you are there to help guide them)
Y/N was still trying to figure out how to use the Byakugan and finally got it. "I got it guys" Y/N said to the others while they were finishing up their onigiri and ramen. "What is it?" Naruto asked. " gotta be good, we've been wondering around this forest for 4 days now" Sakura complain. "It is good, near the building where we finished up, some people with the opposite scrolls is waiting there for another team." Y/N told them. "Okay, lets go" Naruto yelled. All of the member of Team 7 headed to the building, when they were going through, they saw large creature stabbed by kunai knife. Then they bumped into another group, started a fight and won, got their scrolls and got to the tower, open the scroll, Iruka-sensei showed up and explain this and that.
