"what the fuck are you doing here?" i ask coldly, his smiled turned into a smirk, looking at my eyes as if challenging me

"i'm here to take what supposed to be mine, the position of the leader. The next head of the clan" tsk, of all times, why now? did they plan this from the start

"don't forget that your only second in command, were still the one who makes the final decision, however because of the decision of your idiotic father,it was only limited" one of the old geezer said

"We have the right to change the the leader who we think that is more suitable to become the head. However when lonan was exiled you are the only option due the twins are already incompetent, so we have no choice but to stick with you" the other one said

" Don't forget that I defeated that shithead you called so hier. You old fools are the ones who establish the control of the strong. That asshole loses to me. So, therefore, the place of the leader belongs to me" I sneer at their face as they frown and knot their brow together, lonan has been glaring dagger to me ever since I mentioned that he lost to me. As much as I want to leave this clan. I still need this position to attain my goal.

" It's true that we are based on the strength for generations but if we let you rule the clan you will only drive us into a fallen grace" oh ho? He's referring to my "emotions" that will bring down to this curse clan?

"A traitor will always be a traitor" I glared at lonan as he gave me another wicked grin

" And a bastard with heart will always be a disgrace" he retort back which made my veins show. I keep the blank face but in my mind i would like to stab his face with a kunai

"Tsk. I have no time to waste for a bunch of coward. I have matters i need to attend to and investigate what were threatening the clan" a half-truth and lie. It's true that it was threatening the clan but i really don't give a fuck if this will cause us a demise, I'm only investigating this to eliminate any threat that can possibly hurt my mother and fiance

I turned my back at them and heard a mutter of curses, i swear to devil I'll kill all of them one day

"How's mother? " I asked asami, when I saw her out of the room. she shook her head and had a worried face, I tried not to show any emotions but I can't help and knot my forehead out of worries

asami saw my face and came closer to my direction 

"kyoya -sama. mother will be alright" I gave her a small smile before I made my way to my office

I called one of my servants whom I take o investigate the areas I ask them but sadly, there is no accurate answer to my questions

not to mention my mother is in coma. damn it.

"kyoya-sama, permission to enter?" I raised my head and saw shu. another shinobi under my command 

"what is it?" I ask him a question feeling rather irritated with the situations

"one of our men where found dead and shred to pieces like some animal torn him apart, we saw his limbs and lower body in different locations and his organs seems to be missing as well, we are sure because of the matching in attire" he report that made me glared at his direction making him sweat. i took a deep breath before I stood up

"I'll investigate my self. look after asami and mother." I said, before he bowed and disappeared from my sight
