"She was the perfect candidate for the herrscher core implant, I do not see any problem with that. Shouldn't you be giving me thanks? I do believe I have given the tactical force a valuable asset." an elder woman's voice was heard, she appears to be calm in front of the fuming woman.
"ASSET?! WHAT DO YOU MEAN ASSET?!. SHE IS MY DAUGHTER AND YOU JUST BROUGHT HER TO AN EXPIREMENT WITHOUT MY OR ARATA'S KNOWING?! SHE IS IN PAIN, THE HERRSCHER CORE MUST NOT BE USED BY ANYONE!" the woman shouted back again.
"With her abilities we can win this war. we can finally take back Okinawa from the US. Face it, Tokiwa your daughter is the perfect candidate. We cannot afford to lose now." the elder woman replied back, now with a more serious tone.
"Tokiwa, enough. The deed has been done, we can't reverse it, we just have to make due" A male spoke while calming down his wife. "and as for you Mother, I am the Head of the Tactical force, not you. The one who determines everything is me. as punishment, you are now under probation, you will be living at the secondary house at Nagano, I suggest you go pack now." the tone in his words were enough to show about his silent threat. The elder immediately left the room.
"Oh...Arata, what should we do now? Our daughter..."

"Kameya, status report." a voice in my earpiece was heard.
"I'm at the city square, Target has been located, in pursuit now."
"Capture that target at all costs, understood Kameya?"
"Yes, sir"

a groan can be heard from the girl's lips. she immediately knelt down to the ground clutching her head in pain.
why does it hurt so much...? there are supposed to be no more side effects of the implant... then why??
"Little girl, are you alright?" a worried citizen asked.
The throbbing became worse, she immediately screamed in pain, holding her head back while dimensional holes appears behind her.
The screams of citizens were heard that night.
