Heeseung
he just returned to the dorm from practice, suddenly he heard you crying. When he reached his room, he saw you on the floor with your fingers running through your hair, crying , breathing fast as he dropped his bag running to you.
"hey hey babe, breathe, breathe. i'm here, it's okay"
he pulled you into his arms sitting on the floor leaning his back on the edge of the bed as he patted you and stroked your hair to calm you down.
"look at me, look at me.. inhale and exhale."
he looked into your eyes with a frown on his face as he wiped your tears away with his thumbs, then pulled you again into his arms placing your head on his chest.
"no matter what what will happen to you, i'll be by your side"
Jay
you and jay were in the practice room when suddenly you felt like shaking as the sweat was coming down through your face, you didn't want jay to notice that but it was too late.
"no no okay, calm down y/n, come here sit on the couch"
he grabbed your hand and let you sit on the couch
damn, you were shaking so much, you started to cry as you made Jay more worried than before.
"baby, baby, focus on me, focus on me. Look me in the eyes"
he softly grabbed your cheeks,even if you couldn't look at him straight, you tried your best to look at him.
"that's it, look at me. Try to breathe, everything will be okay, i'm here, i'm not going anywhere"
Jake
you were at the guys dorm and it was been 1 half and hour now when you were in the bathroom
"y/n, you're taking so long, i need the bathroom, what are you doing??"
he opened the door and when he saw you he suddenly came to hug you.
"shhh, try to breathe slowly, it's okay baby, jake is here"
he whispered to you sweet things as you slowly started to calm down, he rubbed your back giving you sweet kisses on your forehead.
he looked down to you, holding you tight playing with your hair, you were still shaking as he continued to pay your back softly.
Sunghoon
Sunghoon had to go to ice skating but before he had to go Jake approached him
"wait Sunghoon, y/n is having panic attack... i think y-"
when he heard the words "panic attack" he run to you as fast as he can. He saw you sweating, crying and breathing fast.
"Jake hyung told me you're having panic attack.."
he said looking at you worried as he embraced you
"i don't want to see you like this, it's okay, try to breathe, take your time. I'll stay here with you, i want to be sure you're okay. I'm not going to practice."
he hugged you stroking your hair, then he started to sing to you so you could calm down.
Sunoo
" s-sunoo"
you started to panicking, sweating and shaking, sunoo looked at you as he was holding your hand
sunoo supposed to do a live with jungwon but he wanted to take care of you
"don't worry sunoo hyung, take care of her, i'm doing the live alone, get well soon y/n"
jungwon patted sunoo's shoulder and smiled at you as he walked out of the door
you suddenly started to cry and grabbing tightly the sleeves of his shirt, he hugged you like if he was going to protect you from something or someone, placing soft kisses on your head
"sunoo cutie is staying here to protect the cutie and my y/n"
Jungwon
jungwon and the others didn't have any schedule to do today so you and him were at home while the others where out
he was in the bathroom when suddenly he heard something breaking, he worried went to the kitchen and saw pieces of glass on the floor
you were just trying to drink water but your hand were shaking a lot so you accidentally dropped it
"ah- omg y/n, are you okay?!"
he quickly cleaned the floor and went to you lifting you up to lay on the couch hugging you and softly calming you down.
"look at me, everything is gonna be okay, just close your eyes and breathe, i'm here"
as you were crying you did as he told you even if you couldn't do it but you tried.
Niki
he was doing a tik tok when suddenly he heard you crying, he turned his head over to you. He turned off the phone and ran to you, which were on the corner of the practice room.
"gosh y/n, you're trembling and sweating"
he sat on the floor in front of you, but this time his back hit the wall, he pulled you softly to his chest, pulling up the hat of your hoodie over your head, making sure you were protect
"i'm sorry if i didn't notice, i had to stay here beside you and taking care of you.."
he pulled out the embrace and looked at you, still crying
"baby focus on breathing slowly, look at me and do this"
he did the movements of inhale and exhale as you did the same things
"let's stay here till you don't feel well, i'm not moving"
