☆ミ THE END OF SEMESTER FESTIVAL WAS IN FULL SWING. Kenma had promised to go with you on day one of the campus wide event. It wasn't hard to convince him to come solely due to the fact that he spent every moment he could with you. He knew that when you guys got older it'd be harder to do so he tried his hardest to be with you always. Thankfully you two didn't have to be in the electronics wing because you didn't have to set up a project or station.
Thankfully neither of you had very tasking finals in any class, either art sculptures or written tests that obviously couldn't be put on display. The festival had been a school wide event for all classes, any class with a creative final project that could be displayed and voted on. You really only had two categories that you could win, the video game you and Kenma had made and the art project you and Akaashi made way last minute.
"Come on I want to see yours and Akaashi's art project." Kenma had grabbed your hand and you grimaced.
"You know Kenma, it's not.. The best." Kenma shrugged.
"Oh yeah I know. Akaashi said I'd think it's funny though." You sighed and led him over to the art hallway.
"Oh.. Oh wow you know.. That's so.." Kenma tilted his head at it.
"It's not good. Its literally a box of crayons hot glued together to "defy gravity" or something I don't even know." You ran a hand through your hair, it was not your best work by far.
"I.. It's good Y/n really. I mean that's just a cardboard box." Kenma pointed two sculptures over and you tried not to laugh, a very obvious smile on your face.
"You're right. Oh, you wanna see my artwork from this semester." Kenma nodded and you dragged him further down the hall. The walls were lined with giant posters filled with all the art work students had made that semester.
"Oh, this one is mine." You pointed to the first painting you had made that semester.
"Oh that's so pretty!" Kenma took a good look at it, the colors blending in a way that made the art look better than the Mona Lisa itself, in his opinion.
"Ah, and those ones too, most of mine are together." Kenma took a very good look at the paintings in front of him that you pointed out. It was clear why this was your major. He scanned the paintings before coming across one of himself, leaning forward to squint at it.
"You drew me?" You nodded.
"You made me look pretty."
"You always look like that. To me at least." You smiled at him and he blinked at you.
"Why'd you draw me?"
"The assignment was to paint something important. This was like two weeks ago I think. It took me forever to pick something."
"And you chose me?" Kenma pointed at himself before looking at the painting on the wall again.
"Yeah, I don't find mucb else of anyone that important to me." Kenma couldn't help the smile on his face.
