Chapter 1 (The Mayor's announcement)

It was early in the morning Fredricks was in the hall checking to see if Billy and Selma were ready. "Billy, Selma are you two ready?"
"Yes Uncle Spidey I'm not sure about Billy though." Selma said as she was walking out of her room fully dressed and ready Fredricks sighed. "That boy better be ready."
"I'll go check to see." She said walking to Billy's room. "Okay make sure he ready."
"Ok I will."
Fredericks than gone to the kitchen to make himself a cup a coffee his nephew then walked in. "Good morning Doctor Deep."He said in a groggy voice Fredericks turn his head to Billy. "Good morning Billy slept well last night?"
"Yeah." Billy than sat down at the table. "Get you breakfast in and than go get dress."
"Why?" Billy asks.
"We have to go down to the promenade for the Mayor's announcement."
"Oh what's it about?"
"Well you better get dress to see what it is."
"Ok." Billy than got up from his seat and go to his room to get dress. "Hey Spidey is Billy getting ready." Selma walk into the kitchen.
"Yep."
"Good." She than sit down waiting for her brother to get done getting ready. "All right I'm ready." Billy walk into the kitchen. "Took you long enough?"
"Hey it hard to find some of mine clothes."
"Ok everybody ready to go?" Fredericks asks.
"Yes!" Selma and Billy both replied. "Ok in the car."
"Race you!" Billy said running to the car.
"HEY!" Salma shouted. "It not a race Billy."
to beat you."
"In your dreams." Billy laughed. "Ok now get in the car we're already late as it is."
Billy and Selma both got into the car.
"All right everybody buckled up?" Fredericks asks.
"Yep!" Billy said Selma give Fredricks a thumbs up. "Ok off we go." He than started the car and drove to the promenade.
