-Connor's POV-
''Sure,” I said. “I'll catch you around.'' I winked at her and watched her scurry off. I guess she has somewhere to go as no girl has ever run away from Connor Prescott. I have an undeniable charm, what can I do?
I got out of the closet quickly with my hoodie on so that I wouldn't be noticed. It was stupid that all these girls could think of something like this, like c'mon this wasn't a chick flick movie.
I spotted Zach standing with Dylan and shuffled up next to them. Zach and Dylan are my bros; they are the best friends someone could ever have. Zach was as tall as I was and was very funny. Dylan was slightly shorter than me but everybody says we look alike, though we never agree on that.
''Dude what was THAT?'' Zach asked.
“Shut it.” I mouthed to him.
''What were you doing there with Leah?'' Dylan asked.
Whilst Zach was laughing, Dylan had a straight face. He could be overprotective about her but he never talked to her. And, if you like her, you go talk to her!
''Chill bro,” I reassured him. “I just happened to bump into her. No dirty business.” I said. “But I must say,” I continued. “Nice catch.''
I smirked at my joke and dodged as he tried to hit me.
''Haha,” He laughed sarcastically. “Very funny. But what exactly happened?'' he asked curiously.
''Nothing much,” I told them, “But she seemed to be kinda pissed when she was with me. Probably she also has a crush on me like every other girl.'' I smirked.
I wasn't complaining about that, don't get me wrong.
''No way dude, she would never date you. You're not her type.'' Dylan said as he started to laugh at my cockiness..
''You sure?” I asked. “It didn't look like that in there.''
C'mon, every girl wanted a piece of this.
''Well then if you actually manage to date her, even once, I'll wear a ‘my little pony shirt’ to school.'' Dylan said and I doubt that he was joking.
He never would joke on a serious subject like this.
''Are you challenging me, Dylan Collins?'' I asked teasingly.
''Game on, bruh.'' he replied.
He seemed too confident in himself.
Zach started making the ‘ooooooo’ noise in the background, but what else could you expect from the class clown?
Just then the bell rang and we all had go back to classes. I had History so I grabbed my notebook from my bag to check my notes from the previous class. I opened it and realized that it wasn't my notebook, it was a diary. Not anybody's diary, indeed, but Leah freaking Cullen's diary.
