Pov: You are on your way to return your book and find a new one to read.

You stand outside the book store looking at the hours to make sure you have enough time to pick a new book.

When you walk in you see only 1 person in line so you hop in line. You take out the bookmark from your book not paying attention and spacing off on the cover for a minute. Suddenly the cashier softly yells to you."Next person can come forward now"

You finish returning the book and head to your favorite section to find books.
Your favorite section is very unpopular.

You notice your attention is drawn to a book with a red and very bold cover and the book sticks out from the rest of the different colored covers.

You reach for the book when you see someone's hand reaching for it.
You quickly pull your hand away not to take it if someone was already wanting it.

"Sorry I didnt know you were going for that one" you hear a soft sweet voice say then you look up. You see a short fluffy haired brown haired brown eyed girl.

Your jaw slightly drops realizing how beautiful they are.

"Oh uh you can have it if you want" you say extremely nervous.

Matties pov:
"I thought I was the only one who liked theese books they seem like someone I could vibe with" I said in my head

Your pov:
"Maybe I could read it for a week and you get it the next week" Mattie suggested while smiling.

You agree and ask "do you maybe want to hang out sometime and maybe watch a movie?"

Mattie blushes.

"Sure that sounds really cool"mattie says without stopping blushing.

Mattie gives you thair number. And you go your separate ways both thinking about eachouther a few times through out the day.
