Chapter 15

Naruto's POV

I am currently inside our school now, and I am very worried about Sasuke. Since he called me last night, and I can definitely hear his heavy pants last night.

"Naruto-kun.." I suddenly heard someone calling my name, I turned around and saw Hinata.

"Ah, Hinata... What is it?" I asked

"Naruto-kun.. if it's alright with you, can you please help us with the upcoming event?" Hinata said as she bowed her head

Event... Is there any event?

"Uhh, what event is it?" I asked as I scratched my head

"Oh uhm.. It's our Foundation Event. Haven't you read the board placed in front of the gate?"

Ahh.. that must be the reason why there were a lot of students in front of the gate.

"Yeah.. I guess? What should I do then?"

She ran back to her set and went to get something from her bag

"Naruto-kun! Here, can you please use this on the day of the event. You just need to cosplay our favorite character, both of you have blonde hair. So I just thought this would suit you.." She said as I felt her hands trembled after giving me the clothes.

Hmm.. I guess it's fine, it's not like this is something I am scared to get dressed for. I patted her head as an assurance

"It's alright Hinata, I'll do it. Were you perhaps scared?" I smiled

I saw her nodded her head. I chuckled.

"It's alright, it's alright" I was about to pat her head again when I saw Sasuke passed by our room.

"Wait Hinata, I gotta go. I need to talk to someone"

I immediately ran outside and tried to catch up on Sasuke.

"Sasuke! Wait!" I shouted, I saw him stopped and turned around

"Oh Naruto.. what is it?" He asked as he tried to avoid looking at me

"Are you fine? I heard you having a hard time breathing last night. I was worried about you!" I said as I tried to catch my breath

"I'm fine, there's no need for you to be worried. Oh and uhm, I need to go first. I have something to do" He said as he turned his back and walked away

What.. Why does it feel like he's trying to avoid me.

"Wait-" I shouted but was cut off by Kankuro

"Naruto, come on. We need to get our lunch" He said as he grabbed my wrist

I checked my phone and didn't received any messages from him. I sighed in defeat.

"What do you want to eat?" Kankuro asked

I don't really have an appetite I'm still thinking about why would Sasuke avoid me.

"Oh Kankuro!" I suddenly heard someone shouted.

Hmm, he sounds familiar. I turned my head towards the voice I just heard

"Oh Naruto, good to see you here" Kiba said as he patted my head

"You two know each other?" Kankuro asked as he pointed me and Kiba

"No

"Yes"

Kiba immediately looked at me.

"Exactly what?" Kankuro said as he looked at us suspiciously

"No no no wait, I just said No because I thought Naruto would prefer that!" Kiba answered as he tried to clear his name up

"Uhh, no. I'm not like that" I answered

I saw how his eyes sparkled and for a second I thought I saw him wagging his tail.

I chuckled lightly as he slowly resembled into a dog rather than a wolf

"Pft-" I was seriously trying to stop myself from laughing

"Kiba dude, your tail is wagging" Kankuro said as he also tried to stop his self from laughing

"What?!" Kiba immediately turned around as he tried to look if there was really a tail.

Both me and Kankuro find this funny and cute at the same time so we couldn't take it and laughed our ass out.

"Come on guys, you better stop teasing me!"

We laughed once again, he truly resembles a dog rather than a wolf!
