I politely asked with smile.
I am a Student. I work here part time for a living my parents left me 7 years ago when I was 14 since then I am managing everything on my own. I live in Ottawa , Canada.
I have an aunt who helped me with insurance money and my further studies.
She lives in Korea she went back after settling me here. With the end of this week my studies will be completed and I will fly back to Korea to live with my aunt and find a good job there as she is the only family I am left with.

my mother was Canadian and my father was korean. My father moved here with my mom.
I got my mother's eyes amber color that's why they named me Amber.

It's 7pm I finished my shif and started walking to my apartment it's 5 mins walk from cafe.
I unlocked the door and here my best friend Ashley dancing with the loud music on like crazy.

Amber: well I have got more important things to do plus I am going to korea in next 2 weeks so it's just waste of the time .
Ashley: well guess what .....(Ashley gets excited) I talked with my parents for korea and they are ready for sending me there for my master's.
Amber: O my god you are coming with me,( I said jumping on the couch)
I can't tell you in words how happy I am.
Ashley: Well what did you think you will get out of my hands that easily no baby u gotta stay with me forver.
I laughed on this comment of her.
Ashley: well....,.on a serious note you gotta find me a cute korean guy there.
Amber: hahaha okay okay I will try.
After the chit chat with Ashley I came to my room and called aunt Ji Woo.
On call:: ee-mo (called aunty in korean)
Ji Woo:: ohh Amber how are you my child. How was the day?
Amber: I am good aunty .how are you ?
Taking care of your health right ?
Ji Woo:: de de I am taking care of my health and everything else is good here.
Amber :: okay I trust you but I have to check it with my own eyes.
Let me come there and then you will not do anything and only rest.
Ji Woo :: Aigooo my child is all grown up.
I am waiting for my baby to come.
Amber :: I have booked my flight after 2weeks from today. I just want to hug you so tight and forget about my all worries.
Ji Woo:: I miss you too my baby after your father you are the only one I have come here fast and I will shower you with all my love my child.
Amber:: (with teary eyes) I will ee-moo.
Arraso don't make me cry now good otherwise you will be late for your work. It's already night' here.
Ji Woo: aigoo I stay in master's house only I won't get late but you go to bed early and take rest.

After disconnecting the call I went to my bed and tried sleeping with countless thoughts that what life is holding up for me in future.
I am scared of life giving me surprises.
I just want to live a peaceful normal life from now on with loving aunt a stable job, a small house, a small car.
I never wanted luxuries it never attracted me. I just wanted to have a family which God has taken away from me mercilessly.
I just hope in future I can have love trust and happiness in my life with no drama and with these thoughts sleep consumed me.
