Yeah, Marvel movies and shows can be accessed through Disney+ Hotstar. But Scarlett Johanson recently sued Disney because she only gets paid for theater releases, not on the Disney+ app, she lost about $50M because of that.

It's on Disney for premium users, extra-fee for about $20 or something. It's about Disney violating the contract or something, Kevin Feige, President of Marvel Studios, is to be said embarrassed and angry, but I don't know. I don't really like bugging into these kind of problems, with tabloids and other people making different assumptions, but it's so different it doesn't even lead to the the actual point of the problem, it's confusing. There fore, we're gonna avoid discussing this lawsuit.
