As you came home from college, you sighed as you scanned the empty house. You had just come back from a long day of classes, and hours of studying. Your boyfriend, Kim Seungmin, was probably still studying in a library somewhere. 

Seungmin was extremely popular in your school. He was smart, handsome, diligent, but also cold and could get easily upset. He easily had many fangirls that fawned over him, wishing he would spare a glance at them. 

You on the other hand, were just as smart and also very pretty. Although you didn't have as many fans as Seungmin, you did have many boys who definitely had some kind of crush on you at some point. 

The two of you shared the same major, and Seungmin was the first in the class while you were the second. The two of you used to see each other as a competition; however, after being forced to work together on a project, the two of you were able to get along and even become friends. 

After months of being good friends, feelings were developed, and Seungmin finally asked you out. This was almost 2 years ago, in freshman year. Now you both were juniors in college. Even though it had been 2 years of dating, Seungmin had always been cold to you. You knew he loved you of course as you did as well, but let's just say sometimes you were jealous of how touchy and loving other couples could be. 

This year, the two of you didn't have as many classes together, so both of you decided to move in together so it would be easier to see each other. However, even with this the two of you struggled to spend some quality time together. 

Plopping down on the couch, you picked up your phone to text Seungmin.

 Deciding to surprise Seungmin at the library, you got up to change, choosing a pretty purple dress with puff sleeves. You had bought tickets to a Day6 concert for tonight, you knew how much he loved that band. You smiled to yourself, excited to spend time with your boyfriend.

Grabbing your bag and walking briskly to the library Seungmin was at, you hummed softly. When you reached the library, you fixed your hair and straightened up your dress. Even after two years of dating, you still got butterflies every time you were getting ready to see him.
