We are start are story off in Mustafa Japan in a small apartment were we see a green haired woman, this women's name is inko midoriya and she is waiting for her son izuku to come so they can head to the quirk doctor so they can see what type of quirk he will have.
Inko: izu sweety we need to head to the quirk doctor hurry up okay
As a green blur shot down from the stairs and stood in front of his mother jumping with excitement, this little ball of energy is izuku midoriya
Izuku: mommy mommy I can't wait to see what type of quirk I'll have
Inko: yes I know sweety let hurry and get to the doctors office
As both midoriya's drove twords the doctors office they got there within an hour and there now waiting in the lobby of the doctors office waiting for there name's to be called until a nurse said.
Nurse: Midoriya's the doctor will see you now
As both inko and izuku they saw the doctor he was a tall lengthy man with gray hair and a warm smile

Inko: nice to meet you, were here to see what type of quirk my son has
Who: yes well let's get started ( kneels down to izukus hight) hello little one how are you?

As the doctor activated his quirk and started to scan izuku he was shocked to see he didn't have one quirk but three and they were strong as hell, after finishing up he spoke

Inko: what's the good news doctor
Who: well the good news is your son has not one but three strong quirks and they are lightning manipulation and technomancer and weapon manipulation
Izuku: woohoo! I can be a hero
Inko: that's great news and the bad news
Who: well it won't manifest until he is thirteen years of age and might receive bullying and be mistreated because he won't manifest his power until thirteen
