The Only Two

I woke up looking at the time. It was 11:57! "Oh my gosh I have to get ready!" I screamed. I jumped out of the bed and ran to my bathroom. I started the shower, then went to the closet and pick out a outfit. The outfit was some baggy dark jeans with a brown crop top, and I picked out some brown converse to top it off.

After I got done getting ready in the shower and blow drying my hair and curling it. I look at my alarm clock, to see that the time was 12:36 I jumped to my closet and threw on the clothes I picked out, then ran down stairs "bye guys I'm late, I got to go" I screamed. "Bye!" They screamed back.

I got on my bike then went off to the park. And as I got there Shirley enough Phillips was there, waving at me to come over.

"Finely, you took forever" Phillips laughed "yeah, I'm sorry I over slept" I said. "It's okay, you know you didn't have to get all dressed up for me" he grinned then winked. "I didn't, this is what I usually wear, but thanks for the compliment." I smiled as I tried to play it off. "Okay so where are we going first?" I asked. "Oh, uh we can get something to eat first. Because I suppose you haven't ate" he added with a smile. "Sure, it's a date then" I laughed "I'm fine with that" he added.

As we walked to Waffle House are hands touched on accident. I was sure he didn't think much of it because he didn't seem to move, look or anything. But to me, my heart stopped then started going again. My face became redder and redder, and I felt my stomach do a twirl.

"We are here!" He smiled. "Finally, I'm so hungry" I added. As we walked closer he grabbed my hand and we ran to the doors. And as you know it, my heart did backflips the whole way. He opens the door then walked me over to a table booth. "We are at are sets, you can let go of my hand now" he grinned "oh yeah" I played it off, well I tried. We sat down next to each other on the same side. He looked at me then said "I never thought I would be going on a date with a pretty lady like you" he winked. "Well I never thought that I would be going on a date with a boy like you" I laughed. "Am I not pretty enough?" he smiled.

After we ate our food, he said "do you want to do something fun?" He asked. "I'm down for whatever" I smiled. "Then that's even better" he grinned "do you know how to play ball, like baseball?" He asked. "Yeah, I love baseball, but" a said "but what?" He asked. "Well you suppose to be showing me around, remember?" I smiled "yeah, I know but I'm just having such a good time right now with you, and I wanted to take you out to meet my team." He smiled "we can some other time because I think I need to get home and help my mom unpack." I frowned. "That's alright, can I walk you home?" He asked with a smile. "Of course" I replied.

As we walked to the park to grab my bike. he asked "do you think we could do this more often?". "Yeah, I liked today it was fun we really should" I replied.

As I got on my bike Phillips hopped on the back of the back of the bike as I started to go. As I road back home he said "can we switch, because I think we would go faster". "You know what I think your right." I hopped down as Phillips got on the bike. He waited patiently for me to get situated, then we road off. I held on tight as he went down the road as fast as he could. I told him to stop and pull in the driveway when we reached my house. He pulled in then we said are good byes as he walked off with a big smile. I walked inside then saw my mom looking at me with a aw look. "Mom, stop" I said grinning. "He, is your friend?" She asked "you got game Maddy!" She laughed.  I laughed at the words that came out of my moms mouth. "Thanks I guess" I replied. "Well anyways go wash up, then come set down and eat I made your favorite, pork chops." She smiled.

After dinner I walked up stairs and got ready for bed. After I got out of the shower I got in my bed and tried to go to sleep.

I woke up at 1:00am sitting on my bed. I felt sick, as soon as I sat up. I walked over to the bath room and made myself puke so I would feel relieved. After that I walked back to my bed to my surprise I finally went to sleep.
