RWBY: The truth

Part 4: The Ice Queen

Weiss' p.o.v :

I decided to go to the training room after the 'pep' talk with Ruby. Man, I didn't mean to be harsh I was just playing around. At that though I hear some one yell.

"Weiss I am going to kill you!" Oh god.

"Why did you not apologies to Ruby?!" Yang yells.

"I did but she yelled at me for trying to!" I yell at her to where everyone is looking at us. Yang is about an inch away from my face but I look her straight in the eyes.

"Well you need to apologies better!" I don't say anything.

"NOW!" She grabs me and flings me over her shoulder.

"You know I can walk right!?"

"Ya but I am going to make sure you come." After we get to the dorm;

"What you said to Ruby got to her."

"All I said was she loved me in a joking way." I didn't understand until then.

"Oh my god." I stood there thinking it over, I knew I liked Ruby maybe even more but I had no idea.

"Now do you get it?" Yang asks in a serious voice.

"Ya I am going to need to talk to her, alone." As we walk in I hear Yang say

"So you finally put the book down?" She is talking to Blake who is studying. I walk over to Ruby and tell her that I need to talk to her alone. She nods and we walk out.

Later:

We are on the balcony now.

"Hey Ruby I really am sorry I didn't try to be mean."

Silence.

"And I just wanted to say that I... that I'm sorry." My voice cracks a little. Ruby looks at me with her big silver eyes.

"I just didn't know you felt that way, that you liked me as much as I like you and not just as a team mate or best friend but as a, mph." I'm cut off by a soft object pressing against my lips. I see that she's kissing me, when she pulls back, her face turns red.

"I'm sorry I just." She turns to leave but I stop her.

"Ruby." I grab her hands.

"I love you more than anyone or anything in this world." And at that moment I return the kiss she gave me.
