Mark found himself once again in his daily routine, heading to the same cafe where he always got his coffee. Despite the fact that they frequently got his order wrong, he couldn't seem to break the habit of visiting this particular spot. It was a mystery to him why he continued to return, even when he knew he might end up with the wrong drink.

As he entered the cafe, his eyes fell on a familiar face behind the counter—Haechan. Mark felt his heart skip a beat at the sight of him, captivated by Haechan's beauty. A smile spread across his face, his mood lifted by the mere presence of the younger man. He couldn't quite understand why Haechan had such an effect on him, but he welcomed the positive shift in his emotions.

Still, Mark told himself it was too soon to feel this way. They had only just met, and while he was undeniably drawn to Haechan, he wasn't sure if these feelings were mutual or if they would lead to anything meaningful. Despite his internal conflict, it seemed like fate was determined to bring them together, as they continued to cross paths.

Joining the line, Mark waited his turn to place his order. When he reached the counter, Haechan greeted him with a smile, a friendly familiarity in his eyes. Mark couldn't help but be taken aback by how natural and comfortable Haechan seemed in this role.

"Oh hi, Mark," Haechan said with a warm smile.

"Hey, I didn't know you worked here," Mark replied, a mixture of surprise and delight in his voice.

"Today's my first day, so I guess I'll be seeing you more often," Haechan responded, his words carrying a sense of irony. Little did he know that Mark was already a regular customer here.

Mark placed his order, a sense of ease settling between them. As he handed over the money, he noticed Haechan's fingers briefly brushing against his as he accepted the payment. It was a fleeting touch, but it sent a shiver down Mark's spine, leaving him more intrigued by Haechan than ever.

"Coming right up," Haechan said before heading to the back to prepare the drink.

After a short wait, Mark heard his name being called. He exchanged a few friendly words with Haechan before leaving the cafe. Taking a sip of the coffee, he was pleasantly surprised to find that it was exactly as he had ordered it. His lips curved into a smile, and his eyes caught a small note on the cup.

"Hope to see you more often," the note read, signed with Haechan's initials.

Mark's heart skipped a beat once again, his mind racing with thoughts and emotions.
