PROLOGUE:
The sun rose over the village of Red ridge, as the villagers came out of their cottages to start their morning chores. Mothers took their kids to the stream to bath. "Look mommy a big bird." A little boy told his mom. The mother looked up and screamed "dragon" she grabbed her son and ran to the stone hills to hide. She could hear the screams of the villagers, and then all fell silent. "Alejandro, I want you to stay here."
"Don't leave me mommy." The boy cried
"Don't worry honey mommy will be right here." She said as she crept to the far side of the rocks. She came face to face with a man she never met before. He was tall and handsome. He had black shoulder length hair. His eyes were black with specs of red in them.
"I want you to take your boy and run as fast as you can to the forest. My wife knows what is going on. Her name is Cassandra she will take you to safety." The man said
"Thank you, mister." The women said as she grabbed her son and ran.
The man walked down to the village, passing burning corpses as he walked. "Pythois come out here now. "
"Why if it isn't my little brother Phineas. who came to save the day." Said Phineas twin brother Pythois.
"Pythois, I am king of the dragons and you will show me respect. This quits now." Phineas said as he pulled out his sword. Phineas charged his sword just missing his brother's side.
"Come on little brother you don't want to fight me."
"My wife saw the future. I know what will come and you will be killed and I am very proud."
Just then Pythois turned into his dragon form and swished his tail around and shoved it through Phineas' chest. "I wish it didn't have to end this way. We could have ruled the world together. But now you will die and I will kill your wife and your unborn child too." Pythois said as he dropped Phineas' lifeless body to the ground. "And now for you wife. Good bye brother." Pythois said as he flew off.
Pythois arrived at his brother's castle and changed into his human form and went inside. He looked around but Cassandra was nowhere to be found. "you just wait Cassandra I will find you and kill you and your baby." Pythois said with an angry growl.
