Rimuru video can't just leave soul society without someone in charge and while I'm willing to let shunsui lead and be in charge of the thirteen court gaurd squads I think there should be some other things to so I'll be back later

Shion:WAIT RIMURU SAMA LET ME GO TO

Rimuru looks at shion who looks like she's about to cry as rimuru sighs

Shion smiles brightly the tears in her eyes immediately dissapearing

Rimuru and shion make their way to, Urahara shop as kisuke has finally finished packing all his things he notices them at the door and the door is wide open kisuke looks at the wall that would have e a clock and remembers he took it down

Shion:rimuru sama believes that just poping in would give most of those reapers a heat attack and he doesn't want to scare them he's very caring like that

After kisuke helps them open up a senkimon they head through the the portal between worlds as they arrive in soul society the soul reapers immediately feeling his insane energy  as they all begin to appear in front of rimuru

Rimuru:ohhh hey sorry about being back so soon

Shunsui:well we can't exactly stop you you are the soul king your pretty much free to go to and from as you please

Rimuru:yeah still though seems kind wrong for me to just pop in on ya

Shion:nonsense rimuru sama you

Rimuru:that's alright shion I got it thank you very much

Rimuru stops her as shion tilts her head having not finished her sentence

Rimuru:if I let her finish it would probably go on for a while good thing I stopped her before she could really get going

Byakuya:if I may.... Why have you come back so soon I assume theres a reason for it

Rimuru:you assumed right I'm going to be creating something here

Rimuru:that's right it's basically like this I'm more then happy to let shunsui over see the court gaurd squads but what about the normal souls who come here expecting a good after life... Moreover what about all of the crime Lords that aren't being taken care of well we're going to change that

Byakuya:how do you intend to do this

Rimuru:in tempest we have a sort of police force that takes care of crime and while tempest doesn't really get a lot of if any crime it's different here so I'll a sign certain people this could include anyone even captains they will go to certain areas or they will focus on certain things and if anyone is caught being bribed I'll be the one a signing their punishment even when I'm back in tempest and I know someone who would enjoy giving them some punishment

Shion tilts her head up as she cracks her knuckles

Rimuru:I didn't mean you

Shions eyes widen in shock at this as she once more looks like she's about to cry

Byakuya:policing the areas outside of seireitei..... Like the one hisana and rukia are originally from.....

Byakuya:I will give my absolute all to see to it that they become better

Rimuru looks around noticing that a few captains aren't their such as kenpachi and unohana and even toshiros and soi fon

Rimuru:I know this is short notice but do you think you could call for a captains meeting
