Days after my secret meetings with Yuki, I couldn't help but to feel, observed. It's like someone was watching my movements anytime. Anywhere. And it's giving me the sense of worry. What if Akito has someone followimg me everywhere? Did he finally discover the truth? No. That's impossible. We're being secretive about it. There's no way he would find about it.
"Are you ok?" I heard Haru asked as the two of us were at the rooftop. It was one of the two places we could meet, of course skipping one period though.
"To be honest, I've been feeling..observe" I told him and he raised an eyebrow.
"Observe?" He asked and I nodded.
"Yeah, I couldn't shake that feeling. It feels like someone is watching me from behind and I can't pin who is it.." I said.
"Well, it's impossible to be Akito. He can't be here and he knows that" Haru said.
"Do you think he would hire a student to...watch me?" I asked him and he shook his head.
"No. Akito never really trust anyone outside of our family or those who worked for our family for years. Akito doesn't like someone as an outsider to be part of family problem" Haru explained.
"But...I feel like it's here in school that I'm being watched the most. Do you thin-"
"If you're insinuating that it's Momiji, you can forget about it" Haru quickly said.
"It's just a question. I mean, he's the only Sohma that is here that doesn't know about our situation yet. How can we be so sure that he doesn't suspect anything at all? I mean, it is rare for you to be away from him, let alone skip a class. I'm sure he's already having questions in his mind" I said and Haru went silent and I sighed.
"Look, I know you don't want him to be part of this, but we can't do anything if he ever finds it out. Sooner or later he's going to know. But if you keept insisting to keep this from him, then we need to be more careful than ever." I told him and he nodded.
