CHAPTER 34

*SHAWN’S POV*

We arrived at the hotel and the whole ride here and while we were all hanging out in our room Sophie was picking at the lock “Sophie, you’ve been trying for the past hour I don’t think its gonna wo-” Jacob was cut off by Sophie screaming with joy “HA. I DID IT!!!” She screamed and ran around the room and all we could do was laugh. Sophie ran out of the room and into the hallway properly waking everyone up because it was nearly midnight, but it was still adorable to see her so excited. 

*SOPHIE’S POV*

I FINALLY PUCKED THE LOCK!! suck on that Jacob, you thought you could get to me nope! After that little run down the hall we all came back into the room and it became a little to silent. “So why don’t we go swimming?” Taylor asked. “Bro, its almost midnight” Johnson spoke “So” Taylor argued “I’m down” I said and Shawn looked at me funny “what, you don’t have magcon tomorrow so what do you have to lose?” I said and Shawn just rolled his eyes “Pleeeeeeeeese” I begged, he smirked “okay whatever” I smiled and kissed his cheek making Cam and Nash scream “ew, ew, ew, ew stop please!” Nash said in a really high pitched voice, I just stuck my tongue out at him. I walked over to my suitcase and grabbed a bikini (no.5931 Polyvore) I turned around and all the boys were still there. “Are you guys going to get changed?” I asked “Oh yeah” were most of the replies. I shrugged my shoulders and walked into the bathroom to slip into my bikini, I just threw on a singlet top and denim shorts over the top. I walked out and Shawn was sitting on the bed. “ready?” He asked me and I nodded. “The boys are meeting us there so lets go” He said and grabbed my hand. We made it to the pool and did the usual thing, chicken fights, pushing people in, flips, ballgames and more. We got out and it was about one thirty in the morning and I could tell that everyone was getting tired accept for me. “Shawn are you tired?” I asked and he nodded leaning his head in my shoulder “you know if you fall asleep I’m gonna have to leave you here, because I wont be able to carry you” I said and he laughed “Yeah I think its about time we head off to bed because I’m really tired” He said and I nodded. “Guys Shawn and I are heading off to bed” I said and they all nodded and I heard the occasional ‘me too’ in there. “So, how do you like the whole Magcon idea?” Shawn asked as we walked out of the pool room. “I love it, your traveling with some amazing people Shawn” I said and he smiled “Well, I’m glad that your like it because I have a surprise for you” He said and I groaned “You know how much I hate surprises” I said and he chuckled quietly “Trust me you will like this one” He said and looked down at me. 

*SHAWN’S POV*

So I was talking to Bart on the plane yesterday while Sophie was asleep and he mentioned that he was looking for a new member to join the Magcon tour. At first I was confused because we already have so many people and then he said that the crew have noticed that the fans have been enjoying Sophie’s singing and that it would be a good idea to make her a permanent member of the Magcon Family. When he said that I was literally jumping out of the seat that I was sitting in. So thats the surprise I was going to ask Sophie if she wanted to join Magcon, and my plan was to ask her in front of the crowd tomorrow at Magcon. The whole way back from the pool Sophie was talking about when she was back in Australia and all about her school and how its very different from here in America, but she would prefer America, even though she misses Australia. We walked into the hotel room and Sophie and I had a quick shower (separately of course) and got into bed. Before I fell asleep Sophie spoke up “Shawn.....do your fans like me?” She asked sounding a little upset. I grabbed her waist and pulled her into my chest and said “Of course they do...who cares what they think and if they don’t then their not real fans” she smiled sweetly and snuggled into me “How did I get so lucky” She said and then we both fell into deep slumber.

Okay, let me begin by saying that I’m so sorry that I haven't updated in FOREVER but I just haven't had the inspiration to write for one, and secondly I haven’t had time to update! so please check out my Polyvore (soph-vdb) for all of Sophie and maybe other character’s looks and make sure to like, comment, vote for this story and I’ll make sure to update asap (when I have the time!!) Oh and sorry it was a short chapter, I couldn’t think on where to finish it off so I just stopped there and decided to update other wise this chapter would have been never-ending!
