ARMY Community [Hiring]

Rules and Roles

In order to join and be a part of the community, please abide by these rules:

1. Be kind, everyone is here to have fun, please acknowledge that.

2. Have patience, I am the only one who runs this account and I want the best service there can be. Everyone has a life so please be patient not only with me but others who are within the community.

3. Follow this account (ARMYAwards2020) and BTS_Believer, yes, you can use backup accounts.

4. Add this book to your reading list so you never miss an update.

5. You must be dedicated and punctual. People will be requesting different things from you, you must be active and must abide by your timeline (which will be explained in the coming chapters).

6. We welcome all ages here but if you are not old enough to be mature and serious about your role when you apply, please do not apply at all. 

7. Be supportive, we all are ARMY so please don't go bashing other people or other fandoms while in this community.

8. Only select a role that you know you can do, people tend to bite more than they can chew. In order for everyone to participate and for everything to run smoothly, I only ask that you apply for 1 role at this time.

9. Do not involve politics at any time, that's a given but some people have different viewpoints than others and that's okay! We are here to help each other out, humans to humans, ARMY to ARMY, nothing less, nothing more.

10. You must be active at least twice a week and be able to respond to all messages including PM and the requests within the community.

11. Your password is your bias and your favorite animal (Ex, Jungkook Lion, or Yoongi Dog)

Roles

Reviewers:
You will be asked to review a book and provide an adequate and quite lengthy review for the members of the community. The review shop will be where you will be working.

Cover Designers:
You will be asked to make covers and will be asked to include different elements within the request. You must provide at least 3 different covers for a requester to choose from, take everything they want in a cover and create 3 different covers just in case they have a problem with one. You will be working in the cover shop.

Profile Designers:
You will be asked to make banners, themes, and profile pictures. Though this can be related to the cover shop, you will be working in the profile shop.

Editors:
You will be asked to edit either an entire book or a few chapters. You must have a good sense of writing and fulfill your duties in the editing shop.

Recruiters:
Your main job is to try and get as many people to join, i.e promoting the community on message boards or private messaging others. You must know when to take no for an answer, do not be pushy, remember that we can't force anyone to do anything ^^

Reporters:
You will be collecting the latest news in all things Kpop and Bangtan. You will be able to make your own articles on whatever topic you would like as long as it is current and accurate (I will be checking). You will be working within the ARMY Magazine.

Interviewers:
You will be going around Wattpad and asking questions from different authors that will make an appearance within the magazine. You must ask relevant questions and will be given a template to follow once you are accepted into the community.

Recommender:
You will be able to recommend books you love to everyone within the recommendation book. You must recommend at least 1 book a week.

Permanent Judge:
You will be responsible for judging the ARMY Awards yearly. You must be active and be able to submit your forms on time without backing out.
