I woke up the next morning to the smell of eggs and bacon that my mom made for me. The weather was perfect. I thought to myself, today is going to be good. on my way to school how good today was going, almost too good.
Have you ever had one of those days when you think it's the best day and then it just turns on you, and you end up having the worst day ever? That's how I feel right now. I am not sure if I'm right or not but so far it's just too good to be true. I walk into class, and everyone was nice to me. Everyone said hi to me in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd period. Then it hit me, something's about to go wrong. I walk into 4th period thinking that Brittany was going to do something terrible to me, but as I look around I don't see her. As the teacher took attendance Brittany was the only one absent. Her best friend yelled out "oh she is sick". I sat down and looked over at Jake... he wouldn't answer me or look at me or even move toward me. This was it, this was the thing that was going to ruin my perfect day, I knew it. Throughout the day Jake wouldn't say a word to me. He wouldn't even answer my texts after school. I talked to my mom and she said to just leave him alone until tomorrow...... so I walk in school the next day and there was no sign of Jake anywhere. it was the slowest most boring day of my life. once I got home I got on my phone and called Jake almost 10 times when he finally answered and said "I'm sorry, I should have told you." "what are you talking about?" I asked in a worried voice. "my dad, he (Jake shuddered a bit as he talked) he has to move." "what does that have to do with you?" "I have to go with him listen I am sorry" "no wait" (he cut her off) "I love you" she started to cry as he hung up.
